Horrible experience! Do not rent this. We showed up and it was one thing after another. Cigarette butts everywhere on both patios, guest toilet not working, guest sink clogged, no comforter on guest bed (a dirty one was thrown into the closet), too many remotes with no directions in main living area, not well maintained, stained carpets all over, etc etc. The parking lot was being redone at the time we arrived so no parking was allowed and we were not notified of this before hand. To make matters worse, it took 36 hours for the owner to get back to us after we reached out to ask for help on these items once we arrived. He blamed it on his assistant when he finally called. We did move out on the first morning due to everything and were very clear and honest we were doing so. Finally was contacted the following day after move out and was told verbally (and in writing) that we’d be fully refunded as long as we didn’t leave a bad review. Well fast forward 2 weeks later and now communication has stopped from owner and still no refund. SO HERE IS THE TRUTH MADE PUBLIC. Save yourself the headache, the underwhelmed feeling, and book something else!

The neighborhood was not great. The last 2 nights we were there there as a bunch of people partying quite litterly all night in the next apartment, with the sound coming into our bedroom. Our manager didn't respond to our call.I don't think the apartment was reflective of the pictures. and I would never stay in a unit next to what looked to be a drug flop house.

The communication was great from the host. Very nice place and in a good location. Walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant area.

Wonderful location and a perfect unit. The kitchen was well equipped and we grilled a couple of nights! Convenient parking and very quiet location. But a shorts walk to everything

Was a great place and location. Cable tv and everything you need. Fast wifi

Great location, beds comfortable, A/C a blessing, pool great for young ones, walkable area-rarely used car, good grocery stores (City Market amd Clarks’s), kitchen completely stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, 2 en-suite bedrooms and one just outside the 3rd bedroom was great for privacy. Desk inside one bedroom helped as one of us had to work for portions of the time. Nice place. Nothing negative to say about it. Good stay.

Walked everywhere and the property was perfect for the family.
