Luxury dog-friendly home w/ocean view, private hot tub, pool table, washer/dryer

We were very disappointed to arrive and find that we could not reach the house because of flooding. The office was closed and It took almost an hour to get through to the emergency staff, who did eventually find us another house a few miles away. Overall we were delayed by two hours and the substitute house had fewer bathrooms and also several pickets on the top deck that were detached from the deck, creating a safety hazard. Other than that, the house was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

The house we originally rented was inaccessible so vacasa put is in another one. They were kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The refrigerator on the third floor was making a noise so might need to keep an eye on that. There was no tv in the master bedroom on third floor. That is the only recommendation I can give. Thank you for your great communication and giving us the opportunity to stay in this home!

The house itself was great and very clean. We had six adults, two small children and a baby. Plenty of room. Road to get to house is a dirt road and very narrow but navigable. We had an SUV and two full sized pickup trucks and had no problems.

The house was beautiful and clean with so much room! There is a second floor deck off of each bedroom and the hot tub was very clean so relaxing. The only thing that was not so pleasant was the gravel road leading up to the house, it was washed out in some places and a few not so attractive single wide trailers along the side. The gas grill worked perfectly and there is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after you come in from the beach. We had a great vacation here and I recommend this house!

We had a lovely rest and enjoyed ourselves, the bed we used was comfortable but would suggest a mattress pad as the mattress was very stained when I stripped bed morning we left. The shower in our room did not drain so we had to dirty other restrooms. Being a pet friendly home, I would suggest not have rugs everywhere, the kitchen smelled strong of dog from the rug in there. We liked the home but will not rent again due to Vacasa, they would not tell me before I booked if the the home was keyless entry, we still did not find out till a day before check in, we could not go to office until 5pm and then find home in dark, the secluded road needs to be re worded, its full of pot holes and you must pass a trailer park before a wood bridge, there is nothing secluded about it. We received 3 different ways of instructions via, email, text and the app. None were the same on departure and very confusing. This was our first time going through them and will not again. Location is great

A group of 7 life long friends celebrating their 40th. House was clean and location was beautiful. The home itself could use a little inexpensive TLC, ie. New shower curtains n kitchen supplies). Management office was empty and offered little to no communication. Messaging through the app offered no help as messages were returned 12-16 hours later. Key and House availability was never communicated n office was empty n locked upon arrival (3 and 5pm). Overall, I Would def be happy to stay here again. Management needs to improve communication. imcommunication.

Beautiful property. Tastefully decorated with cozy areas throughout. Only thing I would prefer is to not have quite as many stairs to climb and since the pool table is too constricted in that space maybe trade it out for a foosball table ?

Location was great. House was very nice and spacious. Loved the layout of 3 king beds with private bathrooms. Not a fan of the check in/out process. WiFi info provided is incorrect btw but we were able to figure it out. Kitchen decently stocked, a few things missing (such as extra garbage bags) but otherwise a good variety. Overall a pleasant stay!

There were some issues with our stay but I opted to give 5 stars anyway. I was looking forward to the hot tub as I have arthritis in my back. We arrived on Monday and we didn't try the hot tub until Thursday. The jets didn't work even though you could hear the motor come on. We were told that someone would be by the next morning to address the hot tub. No one ever came and that was very disappointing since I had looked forward to it. We were leaving on Saturday so there was not point in us calling about it again. We realized on Thursday that the AC on the third floor was barely working and it never got below 80. Someone was sent out immediately to assess the issue. It couldn't be fixed until the next day so they put in a window unit. It didn't cool well with the large space, but they did what they could. The next day it was fixed. Overall it wasn't a bad stay but I was disappointed that no one ever showed up to look at the hot tub.
