Stayed May 22, 2026The property was amazing and had sufficient room for everyone who came. The entire property was updated and had new appliances which was great. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Stayed Apr 20, 2026This house and location was perfect for our leadership team retreat. We enjoyed our time there and all agreed if we did another retreat in CHS this would be our spot! The host was an amazing communicator, and her response time was very quick. Pool and Hot tub were perfect and house was spotless when we arrived.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Great property. There were 11 of us together for a sibling/spouse reunion. House was perfect, pool and hot tub very relaxing. Kitchen is fully stocked, refrigerator is huge, 2 dishwashers and we all had a king size bed. Great. Thank you. We will be back.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024This was a perfect place for our family! We have outgrown any of our houses with 4 adult siblings with spouses and a mom and 2 infants, 3 small kids, 3 teens. The house was sparkling clean and stunningly beautiful. A very easy walk to the beach and nice sunrise views from the porch. Thank you!
