Inside this newly built home nestled at the foot of Phoenix’s south mountains, you’ll find three ample bedrooms, a den with fold out couch, and two and a half baths, including a master suite with a king-sized bed, walk-in shower, double sinks, and a luxurious oval soaking tub with a view. Your kids/housemates can claim the other two bedrooms, located in the opposite wing of the house: Each comes furnished with a queen-sized bed and a jack-and-jill bath with dual sinks and a combination tub/shower--the best of both worlds!
