Luxury Desert Pool Oasis Home

We had a great time. Monica was responsive and courteous in every communication we initiated. The house was clean and pleasant to be in. No hidden fees or surprises. The kids spent as much time in the pool as they could.

I can’t say enough about this property; we’ve stay in many VRBO & Air Bn’B homes in and out of the country and none can touch this home. It was amazing; Monica thought of every single detail and item you might possibly need. She even gives you the garage door opener so you can safely park inside. It was so homey and comfortable; we didn’t want to leave and it was the cleanest home or hotel I have ever stayed at. It is in a nice, safe and quiet residential neighborhood; close to everything and extremely convenient. We used the grill once to warm up some leftovers and it worked perfectly and was very clean. Unfortunately, we had a very busy schedule and weren’t able to utilize the pool but it was so relaxing to listen to the waterfall while sitting outdoors. This homes has obviously been well cared for and decorated with love. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Las Cruces. It far exceeds the amenities of any hotel!

This was my second time staying at this rental, and I would stay again. The home is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The home is well stocked for a comfortable vacation. The owner is excellent at communicating and answering any questions I had. Thanks for a great week!

Everything as promised, very clean, nice home. Host was responsive and pleasant. It had all the amenities we needed, fully loaded kitchen. We were traveling with a dog and he loved it as well. We didn’t go into the pool as it was cold and we didn’t want to pay to heat it.

This is a lovely home with an exceptionally responsive owner. The property is professionally cleaned & offers everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The adjacent garage is very convenient with a primary suite that has nice separation from the other two bedrooms. Thoughtful touches are found throughout, with a large flatscreen in the great room & an inviting pool area ideal for family gatherings. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to local attractions. Overall, this home is a rare find, with a suite of upgrades that reflect pride in ownership. We feel lucky to have found this gem in Las Cruces.

This property is much nicer than the pictures. Walked in and it was clean and smelled great! The pool was a little chilly but that didn't stop our kids from getting in for about 10 mins. Lots of fun and beautiful stay! Excited for our next trip and stay her. Host was quick and very responsive and easy to talk too. Thanks again :)

Very relaxing

I was in town for medical related business at one of the hospitals. The owners were kind enough to allow me to check in early and the property was well kept, comfortable and clean. The proximity to restaurants and businesses was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood with good places to walk and run nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is in a nice part of town and a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and well taken care of. The pool is nice too, but be prepared to pay 5/hr to heat it in the cooler months. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Our biggest complaint is the motion lights over the patio shine into the master bedroom (which doesn’t have blinds or drapes) and woke us up multiple times each night. Also, all of the hand soaps were mostly water which was kind of gross and ineffective. Bring your own hand soap!

The property was beautiful and among the cleanest we've ever stayed in. The house is well equipped with flat screen smart TVs in each room, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker (with coffee and cream/sugar), etc. gorgeous landscaping and a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Monica was a great host and her property was in superb shape! Very welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful pool and amenities. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.

A lovely and comfortable home for my friends and I during our college reunion. We especially loved coffee on the patio with the pool waterfall and crisp fall LC morning air!

Our family of 4 loved staying at Monica's house. The house is super clean, well decorated, and perfectly equipped for what we needed. The pool was very refreshing for mid-September when temps were still hitting the 90s in Las Cruces. Lastly, kudos to Monica for being very responsive and working with us on the check in.
