Luxury Del Mar Beach House - steps to the sand

The house was perfect for our little group- the layout allows for privacy and also great gathering space.

House was beautiful, location fabulous. Hot tub and sauna were great. Nice that there are beach chairs, surf boards, boggie boards available.

Home was perfect for us and so was the location. We will definitely be back!

We stayed five nights at this property. It’s super well located with all the amenities and beyond that you can imagine for a wonderful family beach vacation. Property was clean. The beds were very comfortable and management was great in communicating with us. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this Del Mar Beach House.

Great stay. Location was pretty much perfect. House was clean and stocked with lots of beach stuff for the kids. Had a great time.

Loved this house. It was a great location with plenty of things to do at the house and around the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable although one family member said the upstairs bed was hard. We would love to go back. The property manager was a little tough to get a hold of and took a bit of time to get back to us but overall everything worked out and the company itself was easy to communicate with during our stay.

Overall my favorite VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! 10/10. Fabulous house with everything you could need and then some. Fabulous location. Thank you!

What a wonderful property. 30' to the sand, private parking out front, condiments and great kitchen for cooking in, comfortable for the grandkids, walking distance to restaurants... I hope to be able to go back.

Every detail thought of making it the best house

Finding somewhere to stay that you can park a larger car that is close to the beach is actually kind of difficult?! Coronado was out for us bc of the water situation. We’ve done mission beach, but the parking was miserable. Pacific Beach was kind of the same, and was busy. We decided to give Del Mar a go when we found this place. This was such a charming, little house for a beach vacation! Unfortunately we had kiddos (2 & 3) that got sick and decided to leave early. We’re definitely more of a hotel family, but we would have a hard time not staying here if we find ourselves in southern CA again. The beach was a super short walk, there is a garage full of toys (sand, paddle boards, etc), and Del Mar is far an away my favorite beach town we’ve visited so far. We had a large suv (maybe an expedition?) and knew it wouldn’t fit in the garage, but there was tons of room in the driveway. It was so nice to not have to worry about moving the car or finding a place to park- the most miserable part of past trips. Thanks for sharing your property!

The house was amazing. The very best VRBO we’ve ever been in by far and we’ve been in many many with travel baseball and soccer. The check in check out and everything could not have gone smoother. Thank you.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable long weekend. The house is in a great location. It was so easy for the kids to just run back if they needed anything throughout the day. They were so well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys and plenty of towels. The beds were comfy. The house was beautiful. We will definitely be back.
