Stayed Dec 26, 2025It was great for a stay of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids. The game room and move rooms were perfect. There are a few things that need to be addressed by housekeeping. Main bedroom sheets had a small blood stain have photo and a hole. Kitchen accessories need to be looked at better housekeeping or owner. Oven mitts have tear holes and when used one of our family burned his hand. We tossed it, took photo. Cutting board mold. . Also have photo. These are all minor issues. Hot tub was awesome!!!! Views of the lake were great. So here is the major thing, lack of snow.

Stayed Dec 6, 2025Excellent proximity to Park City and other shopping areas. Wonderful view of the reservoir, and the hot tub was amazing on the cool nights!
