Luxury Cozy house w private heated pool, A/C, 5 min from downtown San Jose, CR

The place was beautiful

We loved this comfortable, well appointed home. There were little touches like coffee and fresh eggs in the kitchen. So nice on our first morning as our plane arrived in the wee hours of the morning. We loved the convenient location m, recommendations and the mid-week pool cleaning. It was a great value and the private pool and patio were lovely.

The property is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with flavours of Cuba. I would love to live in a property like this forever! The owner was very responsive, and the property included every amenity you could want and more. I can’t express how beautiful this property is! Walking in made us feel like we were entering out own private resort.The only problem we had was Uber or Taxi's had a problem locating the address

This is a lovely property that is clean and safe. I enjoyed staying there with my teen boys during the rainy season. Denis was exceptionally helpful and communicative and we loved this house. The pool was especially nice for the teens.

We especially enjoyed the warm pool and the kitchen had lots of basic things to use. The living and dining area are very comfortable as well as the bedrooms. We did think all the rooms would be air conditioned (only the bedrooms are) but with the mild weather it was not a problem. There is a small grocery store to the left, then right which is much easier than the big supermarket to the right. Uber works great here but it is easier to put MGT Motos as the home location than to put the address. It is right next door. Carl was a great host and very helpful - speaks Spanish, French and some English. Denis is great for on-line communication and is very quick to answer.

Dennis was a great host. His home was very comfortable and have everything needed to accommodate our stay. Me and a few of my bros felt safe and welcomed in that neighborhood. We were at a good distance to get downtown or out the city if we needed. The pool was HEATED! Heck yes. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Good times.

Everything was perfect.

Our family including children, and grandparents thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and comfortable while we were there. The host had great communication and promptly responded when it was necessary.
