Stayed Mar 3, 2023Talk about stress. The property management or owners, not sure who messed up, but they double booked this property and since the other party checked in first we were left without a place to stay. I would recommend emailing this property management the day before your arrival to make sure you have no issues. While they were very apologetic, the 5 of us still didn't have a place to stay for our out of state weekend trip. After 1 hour on the phone with VRBO corporate something was worked out. I will give kudos to the company for providing a refund within the week and management company did offer (1) night somewhere else but for the size of our group and the needs since we were in town for a tournament for a few days, that was not going to work for us.
