Stayed Sep 27, 2025The in-law Suite is too crowded with furniture and needs to be updated. The bedroom also is right next to the road and is noisy especially in the mornings.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025This is a wonderful large home that worked so well for our family vacation. It is right across the street from the beach. The younger members of our family loved the pool also!! The host thought of everything from the beach wagon and chairs to the pool toys and towels. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating for those family meals or playing games. A

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Six adults and two kids stayed here, and all of us enjoyed the home, the pool, and the neighborhood. It’s very close to the beach, and there was plenty of beach equipment available. The kitchen was well-stocked, and everything was very clean.

Stayed May 8, 2025Property manager very available for communication. Wonderful stay with a couple of concerns. Ants around some floorboards (master bathroom), pocket door in master bathroom not functioning at all. Called to report the pocket door, seemed to have already been known, but not repaired prior to our stay.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025House was beautiful! Was kind of disappointed that all the rooms didn't have TVs. When using the dishes buried in between all the plates were multiple plates that were never cleaned and just put back into the cabinet.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Everything was great, only issue we had, which was not the Host’s problem, was drivers obeying the cross walk signals. They normally wouldn’t stop even though the sign was flashing for them to allow pedestrians to cross. City of NSB needs to put red lights or larger lights to make it more visible for drivers to see!! House was awesome!! We had a great time on the beach, in the heated pool & spa too!!

Stayed Oct 19, 2024This property was incredible! The in law suite was the perfect retreat for my parents later in the evening. The main house had a spacious, open-concept main living space with a huge tv we could morning shows with coffee or an evening nightcap. All 4 bedrooms were great! We had a crib, a high chair, and everything else one could want for extended family! The pool was perfect! They even had extras—toys and stuff to play with for the beach and pool. There was a flat top cooktop outside and a charcoal grill. The indoor table was large and beautiful. The outdoor one was these—and outside was lit up at night so we could have great laughs and conversation. We LOVED our stay! And the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating! Thank you!!!
