Amazing home! The rooms are very comfortable, new beds and bedding, the home is spacious and warm, the fireplace was great, the pool table awesome, and the tv/sound system excellent. We were 5 adults and had a blast! The neighborhood was perfect for strolls and close restaurants and food stores. Perfect place for any season.

This is a house set-up for owners family, not for commercial use only. So, it has all amenities and settings for an enjoyable stay. We had 8 adults over weekend. Great porch/kitchen/entertainment area with pool table and bar.Good sized bedrooms. Semi-secluded area, o you can have a party outside. 7 minutes drive or about 20 min walk to the marina.

Great property nestled in the woods. Very quiet area, spacious home with a lot of amenities, and Jack was quick to answer questions. We had a great time!

My family and I stayed at this house for a short vacation. The home is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Jack and Millie were very hospitable hosts responding to our questions immediately. We were very satisfied with the home. It was a bit disappointing with the location. We were not familiar with the area of this home. We had an impression we could access Swinging Bridge Lake but there was no public access. It was very difficult to access the home through a dirt road. Also, a neighbor was shooting a gun or something outside sounding like a canon going off so loud it shook the house. We were afraid to sit outside or go outside. It was very quiet and peaceful when the shooting stopped.

Overall it's a nice place to stay. I went with 5 other friends for a guy's weekend and it worked well for us! The kitchen tools were not great but that's almost always the case with places like this anyways. Very cheap for the area as well!I will say that from the pictures the loft area is less secluded than it looks. It wasn't really an issue for us but the loft is essentially adjacent to the master bedroom and not separate in it's own area that was my impression from the pictures.The other gripe we had was that it was not stocked particularly well. We had two extra trashbags for the 6 people in 2 nights for instance.Overall though we liked it! Would stay there again if the chance arose. Just a couple things I noticed that I would have liked to know before the stay.

Nice and clean house

Our family and another family enjoyed staying at this lovely cabin. Excellent flat yard for playing with kids/kicking a ball around. Well stocked kitchen for cooking Easter dinner, big dining table that sat all 8 of us. Comfortable, well appointed and good location. Checked every box! Thank you!

My hub went with guy pals in the fall and they liked it so much we went back as a couples trip. Jack was super communicative and quick to answer any questions we had. Super comfy spot to hunker during a winter weekend!

Awesome stay

We love this house. 2nd time here and completely feel like we were home.

My family stayed here for 2 nights and we had an awesome time! We loved the pool table, the darts and the fire pit outside. The house was clean and comfortable. We will be planning to come back!

Spacious, well maintained home located in the woods between Bethel Woods and Holiday Mountain. Owner was very prompt answering questions to our inquiries.

My husband and three buddies went for a weekend of baseball and guy time and were blown away by the property! It was even more beautiful than the pictures and more than enough space for them to spread out—each with a great bedroom. They got a kick out of the pool table and loved grilling on the deck. And I look like a superstar for having the good sense to find it for them! Looking forward to visiting it with my own gal pals!

Amazing week in the Catskills, in an amazing house!

This beautiful home is in a great location - we really enjoyed the huge yard and how quiet and removed the property was. The house was beautiful and cozy and had everything we need. Will absolutely be coming back!

Beautiful house, tranquil location, very close to Bethel Woods.

Great place to stay with a group. 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, grill, well stocked kitchen and a pool table. Worked well for us!

The home was very comfortable and clean. The pool table and foosball were fun. Other than needing an extra set of linen for the futon, along with a few more hand towels, the visit was pleasant. The home accommodated our family of 10 well.

The home was perfection! Great space for our family to gather- play games, dance, entertain the young kids, and have plenty to do for the adults. Though not at all in our control, the weather didn't hold up, so we weren't able to enjoy the fire pit- but every other part of the weekend was superb. Would definitely go back!
