Luxury & Comfort IN the Village. Walk everywhere!!

Our stay in Carlsbad is everything we imagined. The home was so comfortable, safe and clean. Right in the middle of Carlsbad Village. Walkable to everything in the area! Communication with the host was great. We will return!!

Beautiful property! Super clean and organized, more than enough towels and beach towels, tons of stuff for the beach, a full sized garage, and very responsive host! The board and brew restaurant was soooooo good! We went two days in a row we loved it so much. The walk to the beach was very easy even with three kids and the walk into the rest of Carlsbad, Handel’s for ice cream, and everything else was fast. The train that comes through is extremely close by and goes very fast so sound machines are a must if kids are in the back bedrooms. Wonderful experience! Thanks so much Kimmie for hosting us :)

Great location enabling a short walk to the beach. Well equipped and a beautiful, comfortable home. Loved staying there! Worked great for our whole family.

Perfect location! We walked to the beach with everything we needed in the beach wagon. We walked to the Coaster station to ride the train to Oceanside. We had a short drive to Legoland. We had an amazing stay and we hope to come back next year! Thank you!

Great location! Walk to beach and village. The townhome is very clean, spacious, comfy beds, stocked with everything you might need. We had 8 people and did not feel overcrowded. Underground private parking and garage is a bonus! We’ll definitely be back!

Provide new large nonstick skillet or electric griddleThe pictures of the condo didn’t alert me to the stairs which could have been a challenge if our 1 year old was into climbing. The location was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The main floor great. Kimmy explained door and garage codes clearly and was very friendly and responsive. She provided an extra pack and play that we needed.

The property was perfect for six senior adults as it was really well equipped, had five bedrooms with king size beds, 3 and 1/2 baths and was conveniently located for beach access and Carlsbad. In addition it was, modern, clean and it had a two car garage and underground parking for a third car.

The best experience! The host was so so friendly and so easy to get a hold of!

We have stayed in about a dozen properties in Carlsbad and this is one of the top 3 for sure. Perfect condition and a block from the beach.

Great stay.

Seven 70 year old high school girlfriends enjoyed a five day get-away in Carlsbad. The condo was amazing. When our get away trips began in our 20's, sharing one bathroom and sleeping on the floor and couches was not a problem, but now, the four bedrooms allowed everyone to have a bed and the 3 and 1/2 bathrooms were a must. Everything we needed was supplied and more--it is a beautifully appointed property two blocks from the beach and a block from the center of the town. Parking is great and secure but you can walk to the downtown shops and there were a number of great restaurants so we rarely used our cars. Kimmy, the host, was very available by text and phone, although we really didn't need much help.We would definitely rent this VRBO again and recommend it to others.

This property was awesome and fully stocked with all the things a family needs. Due to much rain on our trip we were snuggled in nicely by the fire and made dinner, baked bread, and watched movies. 10/10 would and will stay again!

Had a wonderful stay, condo exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean and very spacious. Location outstanding.We greatly appreciated how well appointed the kitchen is making food preparation easy.Five star all the way.

Our trip was outstanding. If I had one tiny thing to critique it would be a more detailed understanding of the entry process. You are provided a Garage door entry code and a private garage door entry code. When you pull into the property, you will see 2 garage doors. The one on the right belongs to the front unit. The one on the left has an entry pad requiring a 4 digit code (which is provided) then when you pull in there is a bank of garage doors (I think 8 of them) only 2 are numbered. You need to find your unit number which is not obvious. They should all be numbered. Other than that, everything was AMAZING. Highly recommend.

This condo was in a wonderful location, situated right in Carlsbad Village and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The property is spacious and clean, and Kimmy was a great host. I highly recommend.

Family of 8 plenty of room!!! It was perfect. Communication excellent! Close to BEACH and many restaurants. Walked most places.

Always a pleasure staying here with NO complaints, outside of the train horn!
