Luxury coastal living < 1 mile to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and Dewey Beach!

We enjoyed our visit. The home was beautiful and comfortable. We hope to book again next year for our annual girls’ trip

Dan always responded quickly to my questions. This is the second time we have stayed at Quillen Drive in Rehobeth for a girls trip. Instead of exchanging Christmas gifts, we decided to spend time together. The house is beautifully decorated and is well taken care of. For five women you have been friends for over 40 years it is our oasis. We hope to come back next November.

Clean and super roomy. The bed room were all nice sized and the beds were very comfortable. The house was comfortable for 6 adults. Nice kitchen and loved the game room. Very nice outside patio and bikes to use also. The house is dog friendly and the owner even has a fenced in area for your dog to go. Great place

Beautiful home, we had a great stay! The only thing that was a little misleading was the location, it is not a good walking distance to the boardwalk if you have strollers and babies but the drive is quick if you’re okay with that. Still a good location overall though. Plenty to do and we all agreed we would stay again in the future!

My family and friends had a wonderful experience in this beautiful, well thought out home in Rehoboth Beach. It was clean, roomy, the mattresses were very comfortable, and having separate areas to relax in at the end of each day made it even better. Daniel and his wife are so very nice and easy to work with, we highly recommend!

This house has everything one could ask for while on vacation!! The owners obviously considered every convenience and even more to make our stay fun, comfortable, and memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house with our whole family! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every amenity we could have asked for — from a well-stocked kitchen to plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was perfect — just a short walk or drive to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. Communication with the host was seamless and easy from start to finish. Truly a wonderful place to stay — we’re already talking about coming back next year!

Pictures don’t do the house justice. With the kitchen having everything you need for family meals to the kids room that my daughter disappeared to every morning. There was so much space we never felt crammed or too close together. This house not only has the perfect location between Rehoboth and Dewey but a walk around the corner took us right to our favorite Mexican restaurant. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family and pet friendly stay.

The house was clean and tidy. Perfect room situation for multi families. If we forgot anything they had it right on property, which is always so helpful.

The house was perfect for 3 couples to gather. Enough room to socialize yet have privacy when turning in at the end of the evening. Everyone enjoyed their turn at PacMan and we also took advantage of the running trail just down the block.Just minutes from dining and the beach, we easily were able to jump in a Lyft.The owners were quick to respond to our questions and accommodating.

We had a great weekend at this home. Great location, spacious, clean and cozy! Owners were very responsive, nice and helpful. We plan on renting again!

We were very impressed with everything! The house is spacious, clean and uncluttered. We had a full day of rain and didn’t mind staying in the house that day. It was comfortable with several spaces to spread out. My daughter spent most her time in the game room. Pac-Man was a hit. I loved there is a bright naturally lit room in the back perfect for doing my small puzzles during the stay. Although this house is not right on the beach it is conveniently located to Dewey and Rehobeth beaches. We were able to bicycle easily to both beaches as well as Cape Henlopen State park. We have no complaints. So we didn’t need lots of communication. However interaction we did have was easy. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Check out at 10:30 am instead of 9 am was extremely beneficial for extra rest before a drive home. We would use this house and consider the other house by this owner in the future!!

Beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained house in a nice location - a block away from a peaceful walking path in a nature reserve. Very thoughtful touches including travel-size amenities available if they were forgotten, very good signage throughout the house with information and instructions. Master bedroom was huge with a large tub, separate dual-head shower and double-sink vanity. Small fenced area out back was perfect for the dog. Communication with host was excellent. So many little extras (bikes, beach gear) - wish we'd had time to use it all.

This is my 2nd time renting this home and expect to repeat again next year. Dan is super easy to work with. The home is very clean and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. Travel with friends and we cook/grill our dinners-kitchen well stocked. Plenty of space.

The house is great with lots of amenities. Centrally located to the beaches, restaurants and shops. We had a great time during our off season get away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Rehobeth Beach. The house was very clean and fully equipped with all the necessities... plus some (beach chairs, bikes, games, toiletries). The screened-in porch and game room were fun additions to the house. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We were very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to book again at this same location.

The house was very easy to find and upon arriving my friends and I were blown away with the houses' beauty. Checking in was very simple, quick, and easy. Once we entered the house we were shocked and highly impressed with how big, clean, open and truly beautiful the inside was. There was a massive dining room, a coffee nook (stocked with coffee, tea, and cups) a big kitchen, washer and dryer, a huge living room with plenty of seating, a fun game room, plenty of bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms and a cute screened in area to sit outside. The house was stocked with everything we needed (extra blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, pot, pans, utensils, cooking needs, some seasonings, and cleaning supplies. I can't express how much fun me and my friends had in this beautiful home. We felt unbelievably comfortable and will be coming back to stay even longer! If you are looking for a lovely luxurious home that's close to the life of the Rehoboth area, I highly recommend this place! 15/10 stars! Thank you again, Dan!

Perfect house for our girls shopping trip. Plenty of room for seven of us. Lots of extras (kcups, foil, laundry pods and more) were a huge plus. Dan was quick to return answers to any questions. Booking for next year immediately. Thank you so much for a lovely place and amazing visit.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to make a girls weekend just perfect. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 5 friends. We have already talked about coming back. We went shopping, took a walk on the beach, went out for a great dinner, had our own happy hour, and celebrated a 40 year friendship. The owner, Dan, always answered our questions quickly and made us feel welcomed.

Great house!

The property is gorgeous and everything we hoped for. Each year, our group of friends pick a destination to vacation for a few days. Dan was AMAZING. The house was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and everything worked perfectly. Communication was super clear and quick. The backyard has a small fenced-in area, which was perfect for our little dog. We would love to come back. Book here without worries!!!

We stayed in the same house last year. It’s perfect for our family vacation. The game room and bikes kept the kids busy when we weren’t at the beach. The house has the extra touches that make your visit more enjoyable. We like going to the Delaware Seashore State Park so the distance from the beach isn’t an issue.

This is a fantastic Rehoboth Beach property. We brought only our family of 4 (and a small dog) but could see how two families would work. The area the house is in is a nice little neighborhood with a beach shop just around the corner. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back next year! House is great, parking passes were helpful, and sheet rental worked out fine.

Overall, we had a great experience at this property. Dan was very communicative and answered any question I had. We were able to check in early the day of. The house is very spacious with a nice backyard. The drive to the beach isn’t bad at all (10-15 minutes depending on traffic) and the beach parking permits were very helpful to have. There are also a ton of beach chairs at the property, a wagon and boogy boards. The hosts also provide a bunch of essentials in case you forgot anything. Overall, would highly recommend, especially for families.
