Luxury Coastal Getaway | Beach Access + Resort Amenities

Overall this place was great, was clean and close to the beach. For the price of this it would be hard to beat due to the amount of space you have and how close to the beach.The only negative is would have is the parking, would need a small car to fit in the garage and not a ton of room in the driveway.Overall, would probably stay here again if I came back to this area.

Make sure to take videos and pictures of every single thing in this house. My security deposit was refunded and then the very next day charged 247 for a blind that we didn’t break- we didn’t break anything and would have reported it immediately. I let the owner know that there were broken windows, broken shower doors, coffee pot broken but didn’t mention duct tape holding blinds/completely broken blinds or faucets that don’t turn on/off well. Take videos and pictures!!

We had an awesome time at this beach house in the Shipwatch neighborhood—super safe and peaceful. The house was really clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was less than 5 minutes away, and the outlet mall was right across the street. Shops and restaurants were super close too.We had a quick issue with the garage code, but the host fixed it right away—great communication! Would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is great. It is a gated community in a perfect location, with a private beach access, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The communication with Johnny or the property manager was always punctual which was appreciated. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the home was less than ideal. The floors were pretty dirty when we arrived. There were crumbs on the kitchen table and leftover water/soap stains on the bathroom mirrors and shower doors from the previous guests. The property also needs some landscaping and other maintenance. Everything around the entrance of the house is overgrown and looks pretty unwelcoming upon arrival. My brother had to trim back the overgrown shrubs on the side of the house in order for us to park without blocking others in, and the living room furniture had some questionable stains on it, as well as the white comforter on the 3rd floor bedroom. What we paid for the location of the home and the private beach access was fair, but the management of the home needs attention. I would rate our stay an overall 6.5/10.

There were a few inconveniences with the oven that didnt work and microwave door handle that was broken but I was reassured with the customer service that those things would get taken care of. They were very understanding and responded quickly to my concerns. Other than that the house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Over all we had a good stay.

Terrible experience with rental agency. First red flag. Cleaning staff beyond disbelief. Could not dispute claims w/o pictures. Poor customer service. Site was a construction mess. Called to dispute their claims and was hung up on. Stay away! Go somewhere else!

Loved the house. Very convenient to the beach and very good neighborhood
