The cabin features THREE private King en suites, giving three couples or families their own comfortable bedroom and private bathroom.
Additional sleeping accommodations include THREE pullout couches, allowing the cabin to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Wake up in a comfortable King bed. Make breakfast together. Spend the day exploring the mountains. Come home for a game of cornhole, gather around the fire pit, and finish the evening soaking in the hot tub under the string lights.

If traveling with children, we provide a pack and play, highchair, playpen and a bottle sterilizer!!!

🔑 CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM
Please do not enter the cabin before 4:00 PM unless early check-in has been approved. Your door access information will be provided prior to arrival.
🧳 CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM
Before leaving, please:
• Place all trash in the designated bear-resistant trash containers.
• Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it.
• Leave used towels in the bathrooms — no need to strip the beds!
• Remove all food and personal belongings.
• Secure the hot tub cover.
• Turn off lights, fireplaces, and applicable appliances.
• Close and lock all windows and doors.
• Lock the main door when you leave.

We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! Our cabin offers a private, self-check-in experience, so you can arrive, settle in, and enjoy the Smoky Mountains at your own pace.

We respect our guests` privacy and will not be on the property during your stay. However, we are just a message away if you have any questions, need recommendations, or need assistance with anything at the cabin. We strive to respond quickly and want to make sure your stay is as comfortable, relaxing, and memorable as possible.

Whether you need a great dinner recommendation, ideas for things to do in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, or help with something at the cabin, please don`t hesitate to reach out. We`re happy to help while still giving you all the privacy you need to enjoy your Smoky Mountain getaway!

One of the things that makes this area so special is the incredible wildlife that calls it home — including black bears.

Our cabin is located in an area where BEAR SIGHTINGS OCCUR REGULARLY. While seeing a bear is never guaranteed, guests may encounter bears near the cabin, along the roadway, within the resort, or throughout the surrounding Smoky Mountain area.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in may be available for an additional $25 fee, depending on availability and our cleaning schedule. A $50 late checkout fee will be added if guests are not checked out by 10:30AM, 30 minutes past checkout time unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Both must be requested and approved in advance.

📦 LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS
Please double-check the cabin before departing! Items that need to be returned are subject to a $50 mailing/handling fee, plus applicable shipping costs.

🧹 EXCESSIVE CLEANING & DAMAGES
We understand that accidents can happen. However, additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if the cabin requires cleaning beyond a normal stay or if damage occurs to the property, furnishings, linens, hot tub, or other amenities.
This includes, but is not limited to, bodily fluids, excessive stains, vomit, blood, urine, excessive trash or mess, smoking-related cleaning, damaged or missing items, or other conditions requiring additional cleaning, sanitizing, repair, or replacement.
Any applicable charges will be assessed based on the additional cleaning, repair, or replacement required and handled in accordance with STR policies.
