We had such a wonderful time spending the long weekend in this pristine, elegant, and fresh-air-filled home. Everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort: stylish interiors, cozy beds, modern baths (exactly as pictured), a perfect deck for relaxing outdoors, and an immaculate lawn. The location is ideal—close to everything North Fork has to offer, from beaches and restaurants to wineries. Don is an outstanding host, incredibly responsive and accessible. Whether we needed quick advice before a wedding or recommendations for the best nearby beach, he replied in real time and made everything so easy. It was a perfect stay, and we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at this rental not only because of its amazing location to downtown/local wineries, but its stunning design and aesthetic. We could have just stayed inside to enjoy the fireplace & glorious seating. Beds/amenities were fantastic. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

The house is in pristine condition. Brand new and very clean. The interior design is lovely and has nice views from every room. Good Southold location accessible to all major sites on the North Fork.

We had a wonderful time at Don and Gina's place. It is so clean, beautifully designed, and cozy. We appreciated all the amenities. Terrific fenced backyard to run around. Short drive to Greenport. Overall we had a great experience.

My husband and I loved, loved, loved this property. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated and had all the amenities anyone needs for a comfortable and convenient stay. We cooked meals with our family and everything that we needed was there for us. It was conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, shopping and of course Greenport. Can't wait to come back again next year!!
