Luxury Beachfront Villa A On Sunset Beach! Deck/Hot Tub/Grill

I booked this property for a family vacation over Thanksgiving. The location could not be better! It is right on a beautiful beach and within a short drive of anything else you might need. The property was the perfect size for our family of adults with a large kitchen, large living room and king beds in each bedroom. It was perfect!

Beautiful 2nd floor condo with the beach right outside the back door. The view out the oversized patio doors is gorgeous. Only complaint is that the kitchen faucet would not work during our 3 day stay, but we made do with getting water from the laundry room. Overall, we had a great time celebrating our bride to be.

We arrived to our Villa and immediately were able to see the water erosion damage to the outer building electrical units. We electrical issues with the light switches and the clothes dryer the entire time. We could also see water leaking into the garage on the wall coming from the ceiling on the garage. The spiral staircase had caution tape and looked like it was about to completely collapse, so we avoided the staircase, elevator and garage. I had paid through June 19th because our plane was leaving very late on the 18th and I had paid for this day before I realized I could pay a fee for a late check out. I have been asking for a partial refund for weeks with no resolve. The host is very aloof and not responsive. On our last day the host allowed his Friends ( 2 adult women and 3 kids) to help themselves to the outdoor amenities (lawn chairs, umbrellas and water toys) the said friends also helped themselves to fishing poles that we had purchased while on the trip. We alerted the host who retrieved the poles however I felt this whole entire exchange was unprofessional, especially since these were not paying renters. Also the jacuzzi is in ruins and not usable. Guess we’ll eat the cost of the late check out. Won’t be staying here aging EVER!

We rented both the penthouse and the villa. Both lovely but the villa is light and airy and has a special feel. Great place for a family vacation with perfect location and beach!

The sunsets and gulf views were absolutely STUNNING! We even saw dolphins from the balcony! The inside of the property was as advertised and the kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make our meals. Kent was easy to contact and addressed our concerns very quickly. Beautiful home. Very spacious. Right on the beach!

The place has a great open floor plan, a beautiful gourmet kitchen, and a huge primary bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom! An entire family could fit in the walk-in shower! We had our daughter’s wedding next door at Sunset Beach House and the villa was open and roomy enough for 7 bridesmaids, bride, hair stylists, photographers and family to get ready for the wedding and not be crowded! The only thing better than the house was the huge balcony and the spectacular sunsets! Also, the wildlife. We saw dolphins, a manatee, sting rays, pelicans, parrots, a puffer fish, numerous sea birds, tons of fish! Water was super clear and even found large sand dollars! A great place to stay!

The location and beach access was great. The house needs some updating. Painting, new mattress and pillows The master shower one got hot water 1 time. I believe there is something wrong with valve. Some little things, new pots and pans would be good as well as new towels. You should show more pictures of the beach from this villa.

House could use a little maintenance but is the perfect space for a beach getaway. Kent was amazing! He was just a phone call away and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend if you want a beautiful house with incredible oceanfront views!

Have stayed at this property before so was happy to see it hadn't changed any. Beautiful home right on the beach. Kent is a great communicator and always quick to respond.
