Stayed Apr 6, 2026Very clean, and a beautifully decorated home. The view from main bedroom was amazing. Tons of pool tool, beach toys, towels. I truly enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Mar 29, 2026This home was apparently not rented before, or at least for a long while before us. It appeared that it was being worked on up until our arrival. All trash cans were full to overflowing. We arrived on Sunday, and the final of 4 trash cans was not picked up until Thursday. The main floor bathroom had a broken toilet tissue holder. That bathroom did have liquid hand sop, however the main level master bedroom bathroom had one. The dishwasher was missing, as was the vent van over the stove. We had no dish towels or dish rag/sponge to use to actually wash the dishes. The dishwasher was delivered and installed on Tuesday. The missing vent fan wires were taped to the wall with black electrical tape. The upstairs Master bath had a lovely bath, however it was unusable due to the lack of water pressure. (It might have filled after 6 hours of running water, but we gave up. What hot water we had was getting cold.) When we arrived, there were. 4-5 tissue squares on the toilet tissue holder in the Master bath. We did find 1/2 roll of toilet paper under the vanity later. Another bathroom upstairs had absolutely NO hot water, so no showers could be taken in that bath. We had no broom, vacuum, or mop to wash/the kitchen floors. Eventually, we found an outside broom to use, but we had no dust pan. There were electrical outlets with no covers. The pool was being used by 10 people all week with no pool service. There was no pool service for our entire stay. Disappointed!

Stayed Jul 31, 2025We had a fabulous stay at Moana, there was a few minor issues that were dealt with so professionally and with such empathy and understanding from the team that maintain and run the beach house, that our holiday wasn’t clouded by them. The property is directly on the sand, with the sea in full view. There was some coastal work going on but every effort was made to ensure people could use the beach. Thanks to coastal vacations for making our stay special.

Stayed May 30, 2025We have a family of 6 children and one grandchild. The house was absolutely beautiful. We take our kids to the beach every summer and this by far was our best vacation. We will definitely be looking to rent this unit next year. There is also a Publix one mile down the road which made it very accessible for things that you've forgotten. My husband and I had our own patio right off the master, which was perfect for us to have time to ourselves. The only problem is that the master bathroom was so amazing that all the girls scheduled time to be in our room for bath time. The elevator was also super useful for us all. We did have one question at the beginning of the stay, and the property manager was very quick to respond. So overall we absolutely loved our stay and we will be back.
