Luxury Beachfront Home!-Sea Brooke

Amazing house on the beach. Two covered porches look out across a dune area to the ocean and beach. Easily hear the waves crashing on porches. Interior has great areas with kitchen and den.. Four large bedrooms for guests. The interior is decorated very well with a beach theme. Condition of the house was very good.

This is the second year year weve stayed at the property. It’s clean and well appointed; it has everything we need for cooking. We had a great time and the house was exactly what we wanted. Hopefully we’ll be back next year.

This is our 4th or 5th time staying at this house. We love the location and the views. It’s very easy to get to the beach and the breeze on the patio is wonderful! The pools at Pointe West are wonderful.

The property was excellent, but more importantly the owner was outstanding at responding. The power had gone out due to weather (lightening) when we arrived. The power was restored by the power company that evening. However, when the power came back on it knocked out the A/C blower so there was no A/C. The neighbors were without a/c as well because the same thing happened to them. These unfortunate circumstances were caused by the weather. The owner was outstanding the whole way through, and I had constant communication with him. He did refund all of our money. It was unfortunate circumstances, but the owner did everything possible to solve the problems. We would stay here again.

We've stayed here twice in the last 4 years, and it's definitely beginning to show it's age. Most issues were related to a lack of general maintenance; the dishwasher didn't work, the garage entry door didn't have hardware and wouldn't stay closed, the bedspreads were dirty, etc. We'd probably stay here again, but it wouldn't be the first choice.

This was our 8th year at Pointe West and our 2nd year at this particular home. We love it! Hope to be able to book again next October!

Clean and lovely house. Neighborhood had great amenities. Host was responsive and accommodating.

My family stayed here for a reunion, and this house was perfect. Plenty of space, great location, gorgeous views. We would stay here again!

Perfect for 3 families, 2 kids. Close enough to beach and great porches to sit out on. Everything we needed. Always a great breeze until the humidity and smoke kicked in the day we left. Don’t waste money on resort pools - way too crowded. Definitely will come back.
