Luxury Beach Villa with Private Rooftop Pool & Elevator, Steps to Tranquil Beach

Beautiful home filled w all the amenities. Beach toys, bikes, umbrellas, soakig pool. Kitchen with all the extras, blender, enough dies pots and pans, coffe, spices. Televisions, extra rooms to spread out, office, library/game room. My friends and i had a great time. Definitely will return. Thx Alexandra

This is a beautiful home. It is spotless, very nicely appointed and decorated, and a lovely home to spend time in. Each of the bedrooms was very comfortable, the living spaces were welcoming, and the kitchen had everything you might want or need. I also appreciated the easy beach access, the proximity to the walking paths and the location vis a vis the airport and Ft Lauderdale. Last, our host was kind to check in on us and offer good recommendations for restaurants, boat rentals, and more.

This was quite possibly one of the best beach houses we’ve stayed at in abd around the FLL area. The house was immaculate and Alexandra was the best host I’ve ever dealt with. She responded almost immediately to every question and concern, she was kind and flexible with everything we requested. The house could definitely allow for more people, plenty spacious and the plunge pool on the roof was perfect for the kids and adults. You are about 1.5m from the boardwalk, an easy walk on the trail or along the beach for adults or a 2 min car ride. If you go the opposite way towards the pier, an 8 minute walk to a bar/restaurant which was fantastic for adults and kids. We did a boat trip and the marina was only 15m away for our catamaran pickup and my husband and kids did a fish boat trip that was only 10min walk to the dock. This house is everything, all the spices and coffee and little things you don’t want to buy since you’re only on vacation, they have it covered. We ordered delivery from Whole Foods and Sam’s Club with no issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our family, which included both adults and children, felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The house was extremely clean and thoughtfully maintained, and it truly had every accessory and amenity you could possibly need—making it feel like a home away from home.One of the highlights was the unbeatable location—just steps away from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The pool on the fourth level was a great place to relax and unwind.Alexandra is an incredible host. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, making everything seamless and stress-free.This was our third stay at this lovely home, and it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Most beautiful and well appointed home that I’ve seen. Everything that you could possibly need is there. Kitchen was perfect with plenty of dishes, silverware, appliances, table linens, etc. Rooms were all beautiful with very comfortable beds. Elevator was very handy to navigate the 4 floors. Beach chairs and umbrellas were plentiful along with a cart for transportation of beach equipment. Can not rate this highly enough. 10 stars out of 5. 1/2 short block from uncrossed beautiful beach. Beautiful house, amazing location, and excellent communication from the host! I highly recommend this home if you want to be right next to the beach and be in a somewhat quiet corner of the Ft Lauderdale area. Even though you are close to North Beach and Ft Lauderdale, it feels pretty quiet in this little neighborhood. You are also a pleasant walk or leisurely bike ride from the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. And the house provides bikes for that!Other great things about this house:1. The host is super communicative in a very helpful way. 2. The house is located on a quiet, peaceful street, just steps from the beach. 3. The house is immaculately clean and very prettily decorated. 4. The kitchen is very well-stocked (we cooked every night)5. The rooftop space is a wonderful place to relax. And a great place to watch the sun set. 6. The beds are very comfy7. Plenty of space 8. Lots of beach towels and beach gear. 9. Very accessible because there is an elevator to all floors. 10. Friendly, quiet neighborhood but super convenient. I've rented a LOT through VRBO, and this is one of the best houses I've stayed in. Seriously, there was not one thing I didn't like!

This was our second consecutive summer vacation spent at this beautiful and luxurious home!! This stunning property welcomes you in with every detail. It is spacious and we had plenty of room as a family of 6, including our 4 adult children. Each bedroom is decorated so nicely, and the beds are so comfortable! The home was absolutely spotless when we arrived and everything you need is already thought of and there. The kitchen is huge and is well appointed with everything needed to prepare meals. Some days, we spent drinking coffee on the balcony just off of the kitchen. I can't say enough about how lovely the neighborhood is and how much we enjoyed the proximity to the beach. It is merely steps to the sun and sand. Alexandra and Rob are the perfect hosts! Communication through the entire booking process was clear and thorough. The hosts made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. Oh, and the rooftop...wow!! The views from up there are amazing and it is a comfortable and beautiful space to spend time! I could go on and on, because this home is a stunner! We had the perfect second summer, enjoying everything about it! I hope to return again in the near future! We’ve stayed at several VRBOs over the years and this property manager was one of the best we’ve ever stayed with…she was always accessible and very accommodating. The property was the perfect location if you appreciate a quiet beach for your family…but still close to everything. It was just as advertised and sparkling clean when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.

This home is 5 stars . Absolutely stunning and better than the pictures! We stayed here for spring break with our teenage daughter and her friend. The home was perfect for our stay…the girls slept on the main floor with their own bathroom/privacy while we were on the 2nd floor. The very well appointed kitchen (with balcony off of kitchen) on the 3rd floor was perfect for breakfast/lunch. The Sonos sound system was a nice bonus. The 4th floor/roof was where we spent the most time…lying out in the sun, dipping in the pool and relaxing out of the sun under the covering. The girls loved riding their bikes to the boardwalk which was also perfect for our morning walks. There are also plenty of delicious, walkable dining spots close by. This home is truly gorgeous/comfortable and one of the best 5 star properties we have stayed.

We have vacationed in Hollywood Beach for many years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. We loved the quiet area, the short walk to the private beach, and the close proximity to many of our favourite restaurants. The house itself is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything to make it a perfect vacation spot. We travelled as a family of 6 adults with a toddler and a baby, and especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, many baby items and toys, and everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Our favourite spot was the rooftop where we enjoyed pool time and family meals with a great view. Alexandra was a pleasure to deal with, she kept in contact to ensure everything was going well. We highly recommend this exceptional property and we can’t wait to return next year!

This home is incredible! I am very particular about the cleanliness and condition of properties where I stay. Many times, I've seen beautiful online pictures, only to be disappointed upon arrival. However, this property is just as stunning in person as in the photos! The view from the rooftop area is breathtaking. A rooftop pool and close access to the gorgeous beach is vacation perfection!Furthermore, the rental process was easy, and communication with the delightful owner was helpful and prompt. You have access to anything and everything you might need for your stay. You will not be disappointed. We truly didn't want to leave!

We’ve spent many VRBO vacations in beautiful locations and accommodations. I doubt we could find any better situation than this beautiful home. A total of 4 adults/2 young girls were thrilled with not only the house being located just a few houses from a beautiful, quiet beach but the layout of 4 floors. Plenty of room for individual privacy or family time. Plus the 4th floor has an incredible view of both the Atlantic and the Intercoastal while soaking in the pool. The beds are so comfortable with fine linens. There are so many attributes. The reviews are a 10/10 for a reason. And a true bonus is one of the delightful owners, Alexandra. Authentically lovely person!

this property is amazing for the actual building and neighborhood. It has everything you need from the kitchen to roof deck. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to be in a very relaxing place. And a block to the beach without having to cross a busy street.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. Staying a block from the beach was magical. The top floor pool was a fab addition to this petfect vacation stay.

This home is beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed and then some! The beds are comfortable with high quality linens. Bathrooms are luxurious and spacious with walk in showers and an amazing soaker tub. The kitchen had everything we needed with high end appliances and room for all to enjoy. The rooftop area and pool are amazing and offer great views with comfortable seating for relaxing. Alexandra is a wonderful host. She was available for questions and suggestions from the time we booked. She is very thoughtful and welcoming! Thank you so much for our fantastic stay! We hope to be back soon!
