Luxury Beach Townhome. Steps to Beach, Restaurants & Shops!

Very nice and well stocked.

Great location!! Close to the beach and in a good neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, bowls, silverware, plastic containers, dishes and glasses.

The condo worked perfectly for us. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The condo was well supplied. Be prepared for lots of stairs and to wait for hot water. Those minor in conveniences were not a big deal.

The property was just as shown in the pictures. Plenty of space for our family of 5. It was beautiful and we loved staying here!Easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. We loved having the collapsible wagon to carry all of our things to the beach. We would recommend this property and would stay again if make it back to San Diego.

Very well stocked townhouse. Great walk to the beach from property, Getting to the Zoo, Old Town and Downtown San Diego was so easy. Just know there are stairs! But, having essentially 2 master suites on 2 separate levels makes for great privacy when traveling with another couple. I would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time at the property! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living/dining/kitchen area worked well for us. It's not quite as close to the beach as we thought, based on the description. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance, though, which was great! Our only real complaint was, the master bathroom had some mold.

The house was great. It is a 3 level home with master suite in third floor, kitchen and living area on the second and a full room and bath on entry level. Fully furnished, comfortable beds and a generally nice feel and decor. The location is pretty convenient with only a 10 walk down to PB. The AC works great as well. Not a huge deal but the ad does fail to mention there are some beach items stocked for use like chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. We brought those things assuming we needed to. This was our first VRBO experience as we’ve always booked hotels and I gotta say that this was an experience worth repeating. Overall this was a great vacation house!

It was great! The property was very clean and nice. It was very easy walking distance to our favorite restaurants as well as the walks to the beach. It was really quiet inside at night thanks to the double pane windows. The temperature was very consistent inside as well thank to great insulation. The host is excellent!

We’ve stayed at many vrbo properties. This was as clean and well equipped as they come! Location is great. Many restaurants close by in the neighborhood. Reserved parking spot for one car. Additional parking on the street can be difficult to find spots.

Loved our stay here. We went for a fun girls trip, and there was plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The house was clean with plenty of amenities. Location is a short walk from the beach and Pacific Beach restaurants and bars. The property manager was always quick to respond and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend!

This property is in a great location and offers all of the amenities anyone would need for a wonderful stay. It is close to lots of stores (Trader's Joe) and new our favourite restaurant, Costa Brava. Manager Lacy is incredibly helpful and communicative, and the property is maintained at a high standard. Highly recommend.

This place was perfectly located within walking distance of all the things you could ever need! The upstairs outdoor patio with fireplace was a delight on the cooler evenings. Thank you!

We had a group of colleagues in town for a conference and had a wonderful stay. The property was easy to access and really lovely!

Took my older kids to San Diego for a quick trip and we had a great visit. This property was good for my older 21+ kids and my teens. We will definitely return. We were close to everything and the property was big enough for 6 of us. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and how easy it was to walk to everything.

Great location. It was quiet, though close to restaurants, stores, and the beautiful beach. Was the perfect layout for 3 generations of adult family members. We would definitely stay again if we are visiting San Diego.

The condo was very nice, and also clean. It is close to many restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive to questions. Nice master bedroom balcony with gas fireplace!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. At first, I thought the 3-level house design would be a little daunting, such as to lug our stuff up to the 2nd floor kitchen. But it actually worked out well. On the bottom (entry) floor, there is a decent size bedroom and large bathroom, and a washer / dryer, so we could easily leave most of our extra stuff there. The staircases had a simple to navigate design so it was no problem. As a bonus these is a nice outdoor sitting area on the third floor. The kids really liked this house because of the staircases. The kids/bunk room is on the second floor with the kitchen, which worked out well. Some people may not like the proximity to a busy street, but we didn't have any noise issues. Also, it was a 2 -block walk to a restaurant that was open around midnight (great because our plane arrived late). The next morning I got up early and walked 1 block in an alleyway to get to Sprouts market! Sprouts is a full-size, clean grocery store with a decent organic selection, and a range of pre-cooked foods. And vegan ice creams for those so inclined. Also the people there were really nice. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

My two brothers and I dropped in for a weekend to catch our favorite baseball team play the Padres. The location was great! So close to the beach and tons of restaurant/bars. The house itself was excellent with plenty of space to hang out and comfortable beds to sleep on. I would definitely return to this home next time I visit San Diego.
