The location and view are unbeatable. Smart floor plan to maximize the view and light. The host was lovely.

The third for porch looks out over the ocean. The home is very well thought out and lacks for nothing. We loved the elevator for moving our bags in and out. The beds were very comfortable. They provided several blankets for people to use in the family room. The owner stopped over when we got there and showed us around the house and showed us how to use the elevator. He was very nice and helpful. The property is very well maintained and was spotless. I would highly recommend the house to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay! We will be back for our next trip to Tybee!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breezy Weezy is a beautiful 3 level home, well located on Tybee Island. The construction appears to be fairly new, substantial for a beach home. It has a very well-stocked kitchen, nice, comfortable furnishings (note to owner: a few hooks in the master bath would be welcomed!), a gorgeous view from the third floor and was extremely clean and tidy. Three issues caused the loss of a star: (1) TV: the home has multiple, nice, smart TVs but no way to watch basic live TV (e.g., ABC/CBS/NBC, etc) without applying your own streaming subscription. We and our guests spent hours trying to load our service with no success, and consequently were not able to watch any of the Thanksgiving football games, which was a big disappointment to the group. I suppose we could have signed up for one of the services available on the TV, but it seems that a home in this price range and with these kinds of amenities should provide basic cable or at least satellite reception for local live channels. (2) hot water: the water in faucets and showers required a VERY long time to heat up, which resulted in having to leave the water running an inordinate amount of time. While we got sort of used to it and planned accordingly, we all noted it was a big waste of water. (3) glitches in the security code access: three different times during our stay, the code access for the downstairs door did not work, resulting in having to contact the rental company (at night), or trying a previous code or once finding an unlocked door. The rental company was very responsive when we had to contact them, but it made for several stressful situations. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Breezy Weezy. Unfortunately the TV issue in particular could prevent our returning to this location, which would be a shame because we've rented many vacation homes and consider this one among our favorites in terms of overall quality and location.
