Stayed Jan 9, 2026Communication with Semir was ideal. The home is exactly as pictured, with lovely views of the water. It was everything we needed for our weekend visit to Milford.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025This property was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate Christmas with our adult children and grandchild. The living room area is huge. We were able to set up a borrowed Christmas tree and hang stockings over the beautiful fireplace. The dining room is also large and was able easily accommodates 8 people. The kitchen has plenty of cooking space, a large gas range, and a big refrigerator. Two of the four bedrooms are massive, with private baths and separate sitting areas. (the entire third floor is an outstanding master suite with views of the ocean and a wonderful jaquazzi tub). The remaining 2 bedrooms are a nice size each with a big closet. There is a full size washer and dryer on the second floor.The location is so nice. We walked to the Walnut Beach coffee shop and restaurants each day. There is a nice playground for toddlers 2 blocks from the property. The beach is across the street. Semir was a wonderful host. Check In and Check Out was easy. Communication during our stay was great. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Aug 6, 2024We had a great time at the house. The design of the house allowed for meaningful family time whether it was dinner on the first floor or late night convos on the third. Highly recommend for family beach stays!

Stayed Jul 22, 2024The beach house was great. Quick access to the beach, roomy and perfect for our family. We stayed during a stressful family time and it was relaxing and grounding to be able to walk on the beach and swim in the ocean in such beautiful surroundings. Arrangements, check in and out went smoothly.

Stayed Jan 19, 2024Wonderful house with lots of room and excellent location with the sun rising over the Long Island Sound. Super clean with anything one could want, including a gas fireplace which was very welcome as it was pretty cold for our visit outside. Samir was very gracious and responsive.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023Had a wonderful stay. Location to beach was perfect- chairs, wagon, beach towels all included House was perfectly clean And very well kept. Went with my 78 year old mom and my 16 yo Daughter and created wonderful memories
