Double ovens,gas stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender. All kitchen utensils and essentials such as silverware, glassware, dinnerware etc.
Master Bedroom:
King size bed, TV with Firestick, En Suite Bathroom with shower, large closet.
Bedroom #1:
Full-over-queen bunk bed, TV with Firestick, dresser.
Bedroom #2:
Queen size bed, TV with Firestick, large closet.

Living room with 65 TV. Dining table seating 8 guests. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer. We provide all linen, bath towels, and pool/beach towels. Pack and play are available for an extra fee per day.

Important things to note:
No events and/or parties and/or large gatherings allowed. Please be aware that there are cameras in the exterior front of the house. There are excessive noise detectors in the interior and exterior of the property. Noise violations are strictly enforced by the City of Hollywood.
Pool is not heated. The separate seating area within the pool is not a spa or hot tub, just a separate seating area.

We provide a starter supply of amenities upon your arrival, such as: paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. The property is self-serve during the stay.
