Completed in 2022, this modern holiday home is located near the beautiful North Sea coast by Henne Strand and offers everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining stay. With space for up to 8 guests, it is ideal for families or groups, and the included final cleaning ensures a worry-free departure. The house is attractively furnished and includes four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two single beds. In addition, a loft under the roof slope provides three extra sleeping places and a TV, making it a perfect retreat for older children. Two bathrooms are available, one of them featuring a whirlpool and a sauna for soothing wellness moments. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area is designed for family life. The kitchen includes a wine cooler, while the living room features a cozy wood-burning stove positioned so the flames can be enjoyed from both the kitchen and living room. From here, you step out onto a large wooden terrace with several seating areas and garden furniture, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. Entertainment is guaranteed with a dedicated activity room, where guests can enjoy billiards and table tennis. Whether relaxing indoors, enjoying a game with friends, or spending time on the terrace in the fresh air, this home has something for everyone. Just a short walk takes you into Henne Strand town with shops and cafes, while the nearby sandy beach invites you to enjoy the sea and dunes. This newly built house is a perfect blend of comfort, modern style, and proximity to both nature and local amenities.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
