    The place was very clean and the host was quick to get back to me whenever I had a question. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans, but I wish there had been dish cloths and more than 2 small dish towels. There were plenty of beach towels but only 1 chair. I would definitely go again as long as it wasn't the hottest time of year since there is no a/c. Overall, the extended family found it a great place to be able to get together. It had an open floor plan which made it nice for the family to get together, whether in the kitchen, dining area or den area.

    We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from SDSU. The house is in an excellent location, just a few doors from the beach and within walking distance of coffee. The house was clean, the rooms spacious and updated and the property management company was responsive. We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the beach chairs etc.The only thing that could have been more clearly explained in the description was the availability of overnight public parking. Those details were provided at check-in, so we were okay. I asked about it before arrival, but the answer wasn't as straightforward as it was once we received the check-in details.There is jet noise throughout the day, but it didn't take away from our stay in any way. Highly recommend.

    All the rooms were nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great area and much closer to the beach than I was expecting (like less than a minute walk and you’re touching the sand). The neighborhood was nice and very walkable. Check in and check out were both very simple and communication was great! 10/10 recommend

    Perfect location and wonderful updated home. Kitchen is fully stocked. We were able to grill using the BBQ and have many meals outside on deck. Beach and bay were both minutes away walking. My two small dogs absolutely loved it as well as our whole family. Would stay again!!

    This was a great property to stay at. Super to have three bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and super suite with bathroom and tub upstairs with a deck off the bathroom ;) Loved the kitchen that has a ton of counter space and cabinets galore. We had five adults and three little ones from 6 - 1 year and it was perfect. So appreciated the four portable fans available for our use. Quiet area at night which was so nice. Short walk to beach. And plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the kiddos. We will definitely head back to this property on our return visit to San Diego.

    Beautiful, clean property with a 1 minute walk to the beach. Belmont Park is a half mile walk. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distance. Sea world and the zoo are close as well. We had trouble with the fireplace and it was addressed quickly. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Wonderful location. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

    Located just 1 block off of Mission Beach, this home was the perfect spot for our family Christmas trip to San Diego. In addition to being spotlessly clean when we arrived, the unit was also well equipped with simple essentials to make us comfortable (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, new kitchen sponge, etc.). The kitchen is large and well designed with a convenient island for prep. The grill on the patio was new, clean and in great working order. There was a second propane tank next to the grill just in case we ran low. The master bedroom is a three-room suite [bedroom | sink, tub room | toilet, shower] with vaulted ceilings, an enormous tub and double sinks / vanity, and a very large shower. The three other bedrooms are on the main level and are large and nicely outfitted. The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood at the southern tip of Mission Beach, very near the permanent beach volley ball courts and the lifeguard station. Ideal for beach time with the family. Mission Beach is near the SD airport and depending on the prevailing winds can get some air traffic noise. We loved our stay, the host / owner was delightful and we look forward to returning the next time we are in SD.
