Luxury beach home with beach view, private hot tub, & fireplace

There was a great view of the ocean. Just a little walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. Pool was nice just needs a little update. The rooms were nice just need a little update on furniture. Other than that we had a awesome vacation

The house and furniture inside were OK. The pool furniture desperately needs to be replaced. All 4 chaise lounges were broken and one of the 3 chairs was as well. The pool has some tiles missing and a crack but was nice to be in. Unfortunately there was garbage left around the pool which we had to clean ourselves. When we arrived I let Vacasa know we had no towels in 3 of the bathrooms. Was told the local team will act as soon as possible. No towels were ever delivered. When we went to go to bed the two king beds had no sheets or pillow cases. When I reached out they got back to me and told me I had to go pick up the sheets at one of their locations and make up the beds myself. Not what I wanted after driving 12 hours to get there and having a few drinks. The next day I noticed all of the smoke detectors on the first floor were disconnected and the batteries taken out. I was told someone must have been doing an inspection and left without finishing. The following day I reported seeing roaches in the house. I was asked to send a picture which I did. I was told it will be put in the report but nothing was ever done. There were several in our upstairs bathroom. I was in the shower and picked up my loofa and there was a nice inch and a half Oriental roach under it. Overall I was disgusted with the service and the house. I entirely blame the management company Vacasa. The house would have been great if properly maintained.

Great location. Clean & comfortable.

We loved the location of the home and the view from the great room. Deck was awesome and well furnished and maintained. Hot tub was great! Home was clean and updated. We enjoyed having the amount of bathrooms. Master shower was awesome! Great water pressure and two shower heads were great!

If anyone in your party has asthma or severe allergies be aware. This house has an air quality issue that set off breathing issues. Mildew/moldy/musty what ever there was a strong odor that permeates. We purchased 4 DampRid containers to put in bedrooms as the carpets were very damp and made the house damp. The house WAS clean, pool, hot tub also clean. We stayed the week, but would not rent this house again due to the breathing challenges. View was very nice.

The house wasn't bad. The humidity inside the home caused all of our clothes, bags, and towels to smell like mildew. The furniture was damp. I get that you're at the shore and the humidity level there can be high but it shouldn't be so inside the home. Appeared to be 2 newer AC units but they were not effective at cooling the house so it was muggy our entire stay. We left very early figuring it was better to comfortable at home rather than away and uncomfortable.

The view and oceanfront is what you are getting with this property.

The house itself has a FEW updates, but all together is very outdated. It is priced way too high for the quality you get. The treck to the beach is long. The view from the top balcony is lovely. I'm not going to go into detail about all of the other issues we had with this house, but all in all I would not reccomend staying in this particular house for these crazy high prices.

The house was very nice with lots of space. There were seven of us and it never felt crowded. The location was great and not crowded as well. The walk to the beach is about an eighth of a mile but it was worth it. The pool could use some TLC and the WiFi was slow but we would definitely come back

The pool and hot tub were great! The house could use a little love and updating, the WiFi is very slow so if you plan on needing it, keep that in mind.
