Nice location. Walking distance to pier park.

We had an amazing stay. Right at the beach with plenty of room for our large group. Everything was comfortable and clean. We will definately want to come back again!

Please review all the negative reviews on this property. Because most are still correct . Let’s point the positive out first beautiful part of beach beds was very comfortable. Negative sliding doors still need work elderly or young kids can’t open. Our younger kids 7 and 8 couldn’t open them, no locks just a stick behind door, kitchen lights go out must be a short because part reviews show this as well, tvs was out for couple days couldn’t getAnyone to come repair poor internet this was also mentioned in past, House is right across street from bar which had live music 4 nights of our stay. Loud music rattles windows. With two infants this was rough. Stray cats , beach smelled like litter box. One stray cat jumped from second deck and landed on daughter in law, female cat was in season so several cat fights at night. Cat mess on back deck one of young grandkids stepped in it tracked it throughout. One kitchen towel and wash cloth. This is mention in past reviews, moth ball smells in hallway almost make you sick. Also no propane in either of grills one didn’t have bottle so Check before you go to cook. Some was provided the next day. Positive plenty of beach toys for kids. This is our first townhouse stay maybe they are alll like this but little let down.

View of the beach is 5-star. The beach itself is fantastic...light traffic and great location.Landscape clean up due to overgrowth on front and rear stairs is needed.If you like super soft beds...this is your place.

Overall, the house was okay, but there were several issues that impacted our stay.The home itself was fine and had good space, but a few missing and unresolved items were disappointing. There was no iron, ironing board, or steamer provided. I contacted the property manager and was told one would be brought over, but it never happened. The Keurig also did not work, so we had to purchase our own during the stay.The room with the bunk beds appeared to have some water damage, which we could live with, but the bigger issue was the temperature. That room was unbearably hot, and because the ceilings are extremely high, the ceiling fan did not help much at all. Additionally, the stairway had a strong mothball smell that lingered throughout the stay.The beach chairs provided were not great quality — most were bag-style chairs. If you’re picky about beach chairs, I’d recommend bringing your own.The most disappointing issue was the number of stray cats. They made our balcony their home and used the path to the beach as a litter box. We dealt with cat hair, unpleasant odors, and unfortunately one person in our group even stepped in cat poop.Lastly, the internet was very poor. While the house has flat-screen TVs in every room, the Wi‑Fi was so unreliable that streaming was nearly impossible due to constant buffering.Overall, the house has potential, but these issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Right on the beach with great views, and the owner is very responsive to messages. The beach toys and chairs in the porch closet were a great bonus for our group, and we really enjoyed our time here. One thing to note is that you have to go outside to move between the first and second floor. We definitely recommend Dusty's Oyster Bar for some local fare and visiting the shops at Pier Park. We plan to stay here again next year!

The house was perfect for our college baseball team! There were plenty of beds, and the beach chairs and toys in the closet were a great bonus. The host was very responsive and easy to connect with. Check in and check out was seamless and easy. One thing to note is that you need to go outside to move between the first and second floor, but this was not a problem at all. We hope to stay here again!

Tell me why to will not receive a refund?The kitchen light didn’t work. They came in 3 times to fix. They rigged it with another light that was plugged into the microwave receptacle. I have pictures of the broken chair when I walked in. I also have pictures of the light. The workers came into my house while I was getting into the shower. I was told I would have a phone call prior to them arriving.

Everything was perfect! Perfect location. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful place. Only thing I would say needs to change is amount of towels, dish rags and washcloths. Other than that well stocked kitchen (we needed a pizza cutter but we made a knife work lol) very clean unit. Would stay again.

Amazing beach access! Kitchen had all the appliances and cookware needed. Tons of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and more for a great experience.

Floor on second floor jad a spot that was tore up. The sliding door on second floor was messed up and looked like someone tried to rig it so it would lock. However it did not stays latched when pulled open. The 3rd floor master bedroom door strike plate was broken to where it would not always latch shut. And the 3rd floor sliding door latch wouldn't always latch as sometime the part that hooks in to latch had to be pulled out so it would catch the bar to hook into. I informed the contact about some of this and said I wasnt worries about it being fixed while we were the. Then notified them of other doors being unsecure and they said they would let management know, yet no one ever cantacted me further on the door issues. Also parking is not 2 vehicle like i was originall told. When i asked about where to park the 2nd vehicle, they said to parallel park behind the first one. Unles you are driving a micromachine for a 2nd vehicle, you probabaly should plan on parking up by the curb if there is space. If not plan on parking in a local parking garage or public parking down the road. As far as it be ing clean, my only complaint was we found half a white pill on the floor of the upstairs master, which looked like it might have been tylenol. Not good when you have a 4 year old, two 2 year olds, and an 8 month old moving around the house. Other that that the place is what it says it is.

Overall nice place,far from luxury.Dated. closet doors in master were put back on,but 2 days in they fell off door guides.Sliders to go out to the beach need attention, curtains on said doors need replacing.Floors were filthy and don't look under the beds. 2 outside grills were un usable. I'll quit now . We made it work.

Overall, it was a great vacation home. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer were large capacity and worked well! There were extra sand toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs which was awesome.I didn’t realize that the downstairs room was not attached to the rest of the house (you have to use the outdoor stairs). The Murphy bed is in the main living room/kitchen area which makes it trickier to use. The fan in the bunk room is still broken (I noticed in another review that it was broken in March).None of the windows have black out shades so it is very bright with sunrise at 5:30am. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced! There are just 2 chairs on the main level and they are rusted and about to break. There is a table and 4 chairs on the lower level (one is rusted out and broken).

We had a great trip for my son’s high school graduation getaway. Always enjoy our time in PCB. Thanks for the stay.

This home is in a great location. Lots of restaurant and shopping choices within two miles. Steps to the beach, with the best soft white sand. The waves maybe a little rough for small children.We visited the zoo and took a crushed glass.The condo was so spacious we didn't need to use the bottom floor. But it would be nice if you wanted privacy from the group. We had a great time, and the neighbors are very friendly. Would love to go back next year. Highly recommended!class.

Stayed here with friends over spring break and the house was perfect. The place was super nice, clean and spacious. It fit everything and everyone we needed it too. It was in a great location being 5 minutes from Pier Park and other fun locations. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Plenty of space for the all of us, including 6 adults and 5 teenagers. Also, it is only seconds from the beach. Very enjoyable time!

The townhouse was a nice size and good location. We had a few things not working. The fan in the upstairs bunk room, the air conditioner downstairs wouldn’t adjust temperature, and kitchen bar stool. These weren’t deal breakers for us…we just reported them to management. The downstairs suite bathroom needed cleaned. Overall i would recommend this townhouse right on the beach.

The property sits on a quieter part of the beach which was definitely preferable for our group. Appliances are well updated and furniture was very comfortable. We also really appreciated the grill and the decks. Can't recommend this property enough. Hard to pass up a townhouse that is truly beachfront. Also very conveniently near the Wynn Dixie. Definitely recommend trying Muy Wayne O's when you are here as well. Parking is tight, which is definitiely something to keep in mind, but we were able to manage alright.

Stocked kitchen, very clean town home, plenty of room for family and friends, great location,

The house was perfect and accommodated 10 people comfortably. It was the first rental I’ve ever stayed in that had enough kitchen supplies. It even had random spices which was so nice! The house was clean. The beach is seconds away from the back door. The company is very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay again. We had no issues. It was wonderful

WE were in town working the motorcycle rally, and will certainly stay here again. Right on the beach with private walk, and a grocery store/ spirits is right across the street. The place is beautiful with plenty of room. A huge family could stay here and all have a place to sleep. Love this place.

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect. The property also had all sorts of beach stuff including chairs, coolers and sand toys for the kids. We look forward to staying at this property next year!!

This property is a great location and was large enough for our group of 7 (3 different families) to spread out. Some things to note (*not complaining, just some info we would have liked to have known before booking/arriving that is difficult to assess from pics): 1) Since this is a 3-story townhouse there are a lot of stairs - Kitchen/LR on main floor; 3 bedrooms upstairs; separate suite on lower level with exterior stairs to it; plus the stairs down to the beach. We were there with our 2-year old and after a couple of days going up and down the stairs got a little old.2) The bunk room has a skylight and is super bright all day long. Something to think about if you plan to have babies/toddlers sleeping in there and want it blackout dark. 3) There was no cable or satellite while we were there (Sep 2024). The LR and bedrooms all had smart TVs with access to streaming apps (Netflix, ESPN, Disney+, etc.) but we had to use our own logins. 4) There was absolutely no WIFI reception in the 3rd floor guest room facing the street.5) Parking was not great. If you have more than one large vehicle then you won't really have space to park. None of these things were dealbreakers, more minor inconveniences. Like I said overall we had a great trip and you could not ask for a better location. I will end by saying that when we arrived we noticed one of the exterior stairs was damaged which we immediately reported to management. They had maintenance to the property and the stair fixed within just a couple of hours.

Had a great time with friends. There was 9 of us had plenty of room. Property had a closet with beach chairs umbrellas and boogie boards. Winn Dixie right across the street which was very convenient when we needed something. Whiskeys bar across the street also. Beach was awesome. Would definitely book this property again. Parking is tight with 2 trucks but no one was staying next to us so it worked out
