Stayed Apr 10, 2026Brook Knoll Estate delivered on every front. Immaculate space, thoughtfully designed, and it genuinely feels like a luxury mountain retreat, not just a rental. Eight bedrooms, theater room, game rooms, heated pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit with hanging chairs, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to host a serious group without leaving the property. The location in Weaverville is a sweet spot. Removed from the world, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, but Asheville is only 18 minutes away if you need it. Peaceful, private, and intentional. The fire pit was a standout. The hanging chairs created an atmosphere that is hard to replicate. Perfect for late-night conversations that actually go somewhere. The hosts were responsive, provided a firewood delivery service, and met every need throughout the stay. Communication was clear, the property matched the listing, and the experience was seamless from check-in to check-out.

Stayed Apr 7, 2026Great place to stay with a large group! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms and spread out. We never felt on top of each other and there was so much to do on the property. The house is tucked away and surrounded by trees, which made it very private from the surrounding neighbors. The amenities on site were amazing, and the host was quick to respond and replace the coffee machine that didn't work during our first morning. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay!

Stayed Mar 27, 2026The home was great! It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with large beds in every room. Even the children's loft beds were queen-sized. It was also beautifully designed, from the floor plan to the decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials, and my closest family and friends were all wowed by the amenities. We literally used every one of them and honestly wished we had planned more time to just enjoy the house itself. The hosts were wonderful, attentive to detail and thoughtful in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Stayed Feb 26, 2026After over a decade of annual friends trip this was one of our top stays, possibly the best. We enjoy getting together once a year outside our hometown just to hang out. We spend all our time at our rental just talking, playing games, eating and enjoying our time together. This house was a great house with lots of personal touches we loved. The popcorn maker with popcorn supplied, the coffee bar was a great surprise, and the little things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags were all supplied and plenty of it. All these things are normally added to our grocery list before we settle in for the weekend but not this year. We loved the theatre, game room, sauna, hot tub, fire pit, back porch, kids room, and the decor was very nice. If you expect a bathroom in every bedroom this won’t be the place for you but the bathroom arrangements worked for us perfectly. There were 12 adults 3 kids and a dog on our stay and we had plenty of room for us all. We will have to come back when the pool is open! Truly was a great stay and a nice change of pace from where we normally visit which is the cabins in TN.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025We had an awesome stay here! We had 3 families and grandpa with us! The kids loved the movie theatre and arcade room. The kitchen was stocked with every tool/appliance you can think of. There were also plenty of utensils, cups, plates etc. The host also stocked the house well with needed supplies. The area was great, close to Asheville and Hatley Pointe ski hill. We would definitely rent again.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024This was a wonderful house for our three families totaling 6 adults and 6 young children. The pool, game room and hot tubs provided lots of entertainment for the kids and adults. The house was well appointed but we did have to provide our own pool toys. The setting is very quiet and secluded. Fire pit was enjoyed too.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We enjoyed our time in this lovely home. Our gathering started with a stove top unit that malfunctioned on Saturday evening. Mighty Tree Properties manages the property and they were immediately responsive to the problem. Highest ratings for them on this issue and in general! They contacted Mr. Jeff Smith, who owns the company that oversees maintenance on many properties in the area. He arrived very soon and quickly disconnected the gas and reassured us we were safe in the home overnight. He searched over the weekend for a replacement and installed it within a few days. He provided an electric griddle and a two burner high quality electric hot plate for the interim. Those, with the oven and grill, served our needs. On a scale of 1 to 10, Mr. Smith was an 11. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and basement game room, which was well used during several rainy days. The guys liked the shower in the basement bathroom, not fancy, but functional. The rocking chairs on the back porch were a hit with all of us. Like our own home, this house could use a little love in the way of touch up paint, and a quick cleaning of the living room seating pieces. I am a gardener and spotted some poison ivy in the decorative grasses in the front. Some weeding is recommended around the many shrubs and plantings. The home was as expected, and we are happy to recommend it. Susan D.
