Luxury Albuquerque Home w/ Pool, Deck, + Hot Tub!

We had a lovely stay in this home. Very comfortable and well equiped home.

We came to Albuquerque for the Balloon Festival. The location is wonderful being a mile or two south of the festival. Because of the close proximity to the festival we were able to see some balloons fly over the house. One time a balloon was so close that we were able to talk to pilot!The house itself is beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 6 adults and one child. We had the pool heated and it was warm enough in early October to swim, at least this year. All the common rooms are large enough to accommodate our entire group at one time. The Evolve rep was very helpful with suggestions of restaurants and activities. She also had beach towels sent when I asked if there were any in the house. Either she or I initiated a text conversation a few times during our 6 day stay.We had a wonderful visit and would recommend this house!

Property was great for a quick get away and golf. Centrally located, quiet neighborhood. House was updated and clean. Host was fantastic, great communication and even ordered a crock pot for us. The only flaw was we only had 3 forks but since there was just two of us, this wasn’t huge for our trip. Pool and hot tub were awesome!

This place was Amazing. I would highly recommend this place for Adults and Families. It was Beautiful, clean, roomy, convenient to anything you want to see or attend. It’s very private and so many things to do that you could just stay there with the Amenities and have a wonderful time. Our Guest Coordinator was Awesome and very helpful. Alexandria was Amazing.

Absolutely fantastic property! There were four of us in our party - and we were in Albuquerque for the Creed Concert. The house was perfect for us. The location was great - we were literally able to get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes or less. We went to the Breaking Bad Tour, Creed Concert, and the gondola ride to the top of the mountain. The pool was fantastic. The beds slept great. The host was amazing. A couple of us had to work as well - and the high speed internet (gig) speed was very helpful.

This house was stunning! It was somewhat like a maze in there, but we loved it because it helped a lot with sound dampening and giving separation to the different parts of the house. The kitchen was beautiful and had appliances you would not think of a rental supplying, like a bread maker and a ninja blender. The pool was loved by all, and we played hours of volleyball with the supplied net! I would come back here again in a heartbeat.

The house is beautiful and recently renovated. Lots of good seating inside and outside. We really enjoyed the pool! There was good shade by the pool , which we appreciated. The 4th “bedroom” is a den with a small pull out sofa. The kitchen was well equipped except the ice maker did not work and there wasn’t enough cutlery for 5 people. The location is very private and within easy drive to the Plaza.

Family vacation all was wonderful.

Our recent stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Albuquerque was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! Traveling with my extended we were delighted to find this place that comfortably accommodates everyone. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, ensuring everyone had their own private space, and the amenities truly made our stay special. The kids (and adults!) loved the pool which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area.The house was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, clearly showing the care the hosts put into their property. Communication with the host was seamless and helpful, making our entire experience stress-free from booking to check-out.We highly recommend this house to any family or larger group looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located home base in Albuquerque. We can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at the house, very responsive and accommodating hosts. The home has been nicely renovated and is much larger than it looks. Great indoor and outdoor areas. We enjoyed our time here!

The house was just lovely. The beds were comfortable, a beautiful home. Such a family friendly space with a huge kitchen, an inviting pooland hot tub and a great dining area. So much to do at the house and also convenient to so much in Albuquerque. The lagniappe they left for us was over the top. We will definitely stay here again.

Large spacious house with plenty of space to stretch out. Spacious bedrooms and updated finishings. Will add it to my favorites if I make it back to ABQ

Great property inside and out. Beautiful big outdoor patio with lots of patio furniture and pool, hot tub, pool toys. Property owner very responsive to questions that arose. Very nicely remodeled kitchen and bar area for hanging out and relaxing. Grill available outside. Within 20 minutes of airport. Would stay again.

Location is in an older Santa Fe neighborhood which we enjoyed. Very close to balloon festival area. It’s listed as 4 bedrooms but works best as a 3 bedroom, 2 living rooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor space. The pool is bigger than it looks on the listing.

The home is extremely clean and had all that was needed. The pool was 100% perfect so was the hot tub. The Host Alex was superb and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. I will be returning in future if booking available for my next trip. You will not be disappointed, beautiful home and great response. Thanks Alex!!!
