LIVING AREA

The spacious living room is designed around the view. Full room accordion doors frame the mountains and invite the guests to connect their stay to the furnished terrace, allowing Santa Fe’s remarkable landscape to become part of the interior.

A large sofa and comfortable lounge chairs create plenty of room to gather, while exposed beams, elegant chandeliers, rich textiles, and a traditional fireplace add warmth and character. The dramatic two-story entry and light-filled staircase continue the home’s airy sense of scale.



KITCHEN AND DINING

Bright and thoughtfully appointed, the kitchen pairs stainless-steel appliances with generous cabinetry, stone countertops, a deep farmhouse-style sink, copper range hood and a central island. Large windows bring in natural light and offer glimpses of the surrounding trees and distant landscape.



The formal dining room is made for memorable meals, with a long table, Saltillo tile floors, exposed beams, and an expansive skylight overhead. A separate wet bar provides an additional space for preparing refreshments and settling into the evening.

One especially inviting bedroom features exposed beams, a colorful tiled kiva fireplace, a perfect chair for morning coffee, with direct access to a private outdoor terrace and ensuite bathroom. Another bright bedroom pairs rustic beams with playful textiles, window nook, a quiet sitting area, and ensuite. All bedrooms are complimented with wall mounted Smart TVs.



The beautifully updated bathrooms balance clean contemporary finishes with handcrafted character. Features visible throughout include glass-enclosed walk-in showers, distinctive tilework, stone-topped vanities, and stylish metal fixtures.
