Overall cleanliness of house was not very good. Kitchen lacking useable pots and pans (warped scratched up teflon pans), no plastic cups/plates to use near pool. Floors and showers very slick, almost fell several times coming into house from pool and while taking showers. Tons of sleeping space but not seating for tv areas

House was pretty beat up. Lots of usage I'm sure

The house was clean and spacious for everyone. It served its purpose for a great getaway. Unfortunately, the home did not Include a few items we had to purchase on site: salt , pepper, a fire starter for the grill, A BOX OF TRASHBAGS (only stocked with two bags). But the fellas and I had a nice time.

Stay was good, some updates need to be made, but management response was great

The house was great. Plenty of room for everyone. Location was perfect for everything we needed and would definitely stay again!

Property and location was great for what are family was looking for.

Me and my guests were pleased with the property we stayed at. The accommodations were sufficient for a large group. The only negatives were that the little bit of pots and pans available for use were really old and need to be replaced. We also had problems with two cable boxes not working. However, we called in a work order that morning, and someone came by and fixed the issue late that afternoon. Great experience overall and I will use VRBO again.

We paid extra for spa/pool heat because they were an important part of our vacation, when we arrived the spa was broken and half empty. When I called to get it fixed it was filled up with water but the jets never worked for our stay.

Everything was wonderful

The house is beautiful and sleeps alot of people. It is accurately represented in the pictures on VRBO. We had a large group so we brought a couple of crock pots and a large griddle. Otherwise the kitchen supplies were adequate. The upstairs is a kids dream with a large TV in what I would call a movie room. The girls loved watching movies at night up there. I am not sure if the listing says it is handicapped accessible, but note the beds on the main level are low to the ground and the showers will not accommodate wheel chairs. The shower heads are also not removeable for someone having to sit to shower. Communication with management was very responsive. Pool was wonderful and the large lanai really made our evening meals enjoyable.

The property was perfectly located close to everything. The home was huge and we had ample space to spread out. We enjoyed the amenities and the kids had a lot of fun

THE DINING ROOM CHAIRS NEED TO BE REPLACED.MOST OF THE LEGS ARE BROKEN.PATIO BLINDS KEPT FALLING DOWN.WE NOTICE ALMOST ALL OF THE BLINDS WAS BEEN HELD UP WITH TAPE THE QUEEN SIZE BED UPSTAIRS SHEETS WAS NOT CHANGED BIG YELLOW STAIN WAS ON THE FITTED SHEET!.MATTRESS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM SLEEP HORRIBLE!.WOKE UP WITH BAD BACK PAIN.POPCORN MACHINE UPSTAIRS WAS VERY DIRTY AND MISSING ALOT OF PARTS.FOUND DEAD BEDBUGS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM.PATIO FURNITURE WAS BROKEN AND DIRTY.THE PICTURES LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE!..ONE OF THE BEDROOMS DOWN STAIRS BED WAS SO LOW ON THE GROUND NOBODY COULD SLEEP IN IT…VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
