This house looks good online, but even better in person! The open kitchen/dining/living room area is an outstanding great room for a large group. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating for our group of 14. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to navigate. The wood accents give the house an upscale feel, but the house also feels incredibly cozy. All of the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and the house was silent at night. The ping pong table, giant hot tub and closet of games kept the kids in the group busy and happy throughout our stay. The SHARC passes and the bottomless supply of towels to go with them were greatly appreciated. The indoor/outdoor pool complex had everything any kid could dream of for a fun day at the water park. We especially liked all of the pleasant walking paths connecting the various activities within the complex - we saw deer, a variety of birds, including swans, herons, and even a raven. We are a group of college friends that gets together yearly with our spouses and kids - we would definitely stay here again in the future!

A great house for large groups. Everyone was very comfortable and it was a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked as well. We would definitely go back.

Excellent home and accommodations for our family reunion of 17. The recreation passed were key to our success. Beautiful walking/biking trails, and included bicycles that were adequate to our needs. The arcade being a game cube was less than a 9yo boy could have dreamed, but was enough anyway with all the other things to do.

Great house for having a large group. Sun river is a wonderful little resort area. The host, Ron, was communicative and very helpful.

Loved how close to the park we were. The only issue we had was one of the bathroom tubs was clogged and we could not use it.

The location was great being close to Fort Rock Park. Hot tub was very large which was nice but didn’t stay warm enough if used for an extended time.

Everything was fantastic. A beautiful home with everything our large group could need. Loved the use of bikes and ping pong too. Comfortable house and enough beds for all of us. The SHARC passes were a big plus. Loved it!

Our third year in a row - 13 Conifer Lane is our favorite spot for our annual Sunriver trip.

Wonderful house for a multi-family ski weekend!

The house is well equipped to comfortably house 4 couples and 7 children. ( 3 generations) The host was readily available to troubleshoot any issues that occurred. ( there weren’t many: we had trouble with getting in and a slow drain both quickly addressed and remedied ) The hot tub was very nice .

The host was wonderful, very accommodating, and always responded quickly to messages. The space was beautiful and cozy and we loved the ginormous hot tub. The bikes were a super cute touch and the bike paths around the neighborhood were lovely.

Beautiful home in good condition. It worked well for our large group. Hot tub temp fluctuated after initial use. We called service and they were able to walk us through resetting. It came back up to temperature. Also the handle on the bath/shower in smaller bedroom was off and on the bath ledge. It could still be used. The shades in that bedroom and one of the upstairs kid bedrooms weren’t working properly. It would be nice to have coffee filters for coffee pots. We were going to take recycling to center but it is permanently closed? Otherwise everything was great. Lovely home.

It was a great place for our big family vacation.

This was a perfect place for us to stay for our family reunion. There were 15 of us in the house and it was very comfortable. Fully stocked and more... The location was great - right next to Fort Rock Park where we would meet up with other family members from other houses. Well stocked. Two things that need attention - the hottub didn't seem real clean and the refrigerator does not work well. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the fourth year my family and I have stayed in this house and we are never disappointed! There is plenty of space for all of our family members aged from 10-74 to spread out in our own spaces or congregate in the communal areas. We love the huge patio and hottub! The kitchen is well equipped with every small appliance you could need. The host is always responsive and helpful. We are already booked again for next year!

Conifer Lodge was a pretty good fit for our family of 18. Pros: The kitchen is very well stockedLots of activities for all agesHuge kitchen tableNice outdoor seatingGreat room fit most of usClose to the parkTwo nice master suitesCons: there was about a 8-10 degree difference between the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs. Sleeping on the second floor was hot and we were told we couldn’t lower the ac below 70 It was not as clean as other Vrbos I’ve stayed in. The place needs a good deep cleaning. We were told two days before arrival that our check in was pushed back from 4 to 5 pm. We had several families arriving from out of state that were inconvenienced. Some of the blankets on the beds were dirty, we found garbage under some beds and clothing left behind. One blanket in the closet was covered in outdoor debris. A note stated we couldn’t adjust the bike seats which made them unridable for most of us. All in all, not a bad place to stay, but we will look elsewhere next year

Stayed at this property 3 years ago and we were lucky enough to book it this year for our family vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house is huge and handles 16 people with ease (and can accommodate up to 20). Recommend this house and hope to get the opportunity to stay again.

Great house! kitchen well stocked, loved the bicycles and the Sharc passes to the pool. Was really nice to have 3 king beds in the house. We were a family of 13 and 4 generations, we all had a wonder time

Our family had an amazing time! From the infants to the kids, to grandparents, there was something for everyone. So glad that a high chair and pack n play were provided. The kids loved playing in the toy room. We came the week before the Sharc opened outside for the weekday season and he made accommodations so we could take the kids. Had a wonderful time and definitely recommend for families.

We had a great stay. On golf trip with friends. Had issues with hot tub, which were resolved in a timely matter. Living area was all connected. Perfect for what we were looking for.

We had 8 guys from our family spend the weekend at Rob’s fantastic vacation home to golf end enjoy Bend’s dining options. House was fantastic for sleeping 8 adults with 7 bedrooms great kitchen and family room. Would definitely love to return with family soon. All newcomers to Bend from Texas, CA and Oregon. Loved it thanks for your hospitality Ron!

We had the best time and this house was perfect. Room for everyone, enough bathrooms too. The big kitchen was great! The living room and TV were great for us to watch March Madness after skin all day. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and ping pong table…so did the dads! Parking for three cars was also super nice.

This house is a gem - super cozy and has all necessary amenities for large groups.

We had a great time at this property. It has everything you need. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and adults were very happy to play the ping pong in the garage. Will be back again if we go skiing at Mt. Bachelor next time.

This was such a wonderful house! So great for large groups. We had plenty of space to be all together without feeling crammed. The rooms were perfect for what we needed. This home owner has definitely thought of everything to make a home away from home. Thank you!

Beautiful home. Lots of older ladies so getting into the house with all of our stuff up the stairs wasn’t ideal. Loved our weekend, though. Worked out fine.
