Luxury 7 BR Across Beach. Pool,Gulf Views,Pool Table,Ping Pong, Golf Cart Rental

Just got home from a week at Bahama Breeze. We are a family of 14 coming from Missouri and Tennessee. The beach was right across the street as promised and was easy to get to. There was a riptide warning the last 3 days of of our visit so the pool was put to good use. The rentals across the street have guests only roped off areas in front of their properties so the public area, other than the 20 ft from the water, is pretty small. We had taken a couple of beach canopies and couldn't use them. I loved having 2 refrigerators plus a smaller one on the 2-bedroom pool house. We rented a golf cart but really didn't use it much at all. We used the beach towels, hot tub, grill, ping-pong and pool tables. Answers to all my questions were responded to quickly. We loved the house and would highly recommend it!

My family and I had a wonderful trip! The house was a great location for the beach, and our family (especially the kids) got tons of use out of the pool and outdoor space. House had everything we needed - plenty of beach and bath towels which was vital for a big group. Hosts were excellent communicators before, during, and after our stay (when we left something behind).

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The home was clean and comfortable. The backyard was the perfect spot for entertainment. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the area. It was a perfect spot to relax, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We just wrapped up a great week at this house and it delivered for our whole group. Whether you're traveling with kids or adults, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. The outdoor amenities were a big hit and the golf cart was a favorite with the younger kids.The space was perfect. Everyone had room to spread out and feel comfortable, which makes a big difference on a group trip. The location is great and you are right near the beach. I would highly recommend booking the daily chair setup as it makes the beach experience that much easier.Overall it was a fantastic week and I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a Destin getaway!

The location of this house is the best Walk across the street and you are on the beach The amenities in the backyard are great! Don’t even need to leave the property We chose to get the pool heated and golf cart rental and it was a good call on both The pool water was perfect You can get to the grocery store and restaurants with the golf cart Although some minor updates could be done on property we really enjoyed our stay We would love to come back already!!

Location of the house is ideal. Easy walk across the street to the beach and pleasant walking to neighborhood eateries and attractions. The pool was great and the outdoor space was enjoyable. The living room was spacious and the dining area as well. The open concept first floor was conducive for our large group. The bedrooms were sufficient but we noticed that the electrical outlets in EVERY bathroom were inoperable. Don’t know if this is the result of not being GFCI outlets or not but it was unexpected and mildly annoying not being able to use hair tools in front of the vanity mirror. The management company was easily contacted and responded very quickly when we inquired about features. Additionally there was shattered glass on the fire pit one morning and they responded very quickly to assess the damage and communicate their action plans.

Plenty of room for our big group. Teenagers had a blast with all the amenities, especially the outdoor pool table! The hot tub and pool were a big hit as well. The beach was right there. Definitely recommend the chair service at the beach. It was so nice to have a spot everyone could come and go from. We also took advantage of the golf cart. It was fun to have it to buzz around on. The property was extremely clean and honestly just perfect! Thanks for the most amazing week!

This beach home is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach, shopping at Destin Commons, shopping at discount mall, and all things Destin. The host was very responsive to any issues and the information about check in and WiFi and amenities was easy and helpful. We heated the pool and used it on the cooler days. The pool table was a good activity as well. We had people staying in every bedroom and the cabana with ages from 60s to newborn. It was a great layout and very comfortable. The bedroom on the third floor is accessed by a winding staircase which was fun for the teenagers but would be difficult for older folks. It needs to be refurbished and spruced up but we enjoyed it and especially the location.

Really enjoyed this house, right across the street from beach access and the backyard was really fun with the fire pit, pool, and other amenities. Lots of space to spread out and the property managers were very responsive whenever we had issues.

This house was absolutely amazing. The owners and Host are out of this world. The pictures do not do the area or house Justice. I was blown away. It also has a two-bedroom home in the back. Did not even realize. The amenities are amazing and within walking distance to so much. We went in during the second week of November 2025 and would pick this house over and over every time. Perfect location, perfect amenities. Do not pass this house up, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Traveled with six adults and four kids.

We loved this house and the amenities it had to offer! Perfect for our entire family! Pool and hot tub was amazing, the pool table and ping pong table was a nice touch. The house was stocked perfectly in the kitchen. Se love the location, easy to get to the beach, quite area too. Our family will book here again! 10 out of 10! Had to call maintenance 2 times, not a big deal at all, they were very quick to respond.

Amazing property!

Perfect house for our family. We used the outdoor space the most with the pool, hot tub, pool table, fire pit and outdoor eating grilling area. The host was wonderful and took care of minor issue quickly. Nice beach view and we used the smaller beach access across the street to set up our own tent. We really enjoyed this house and all it had to offer.

The property was everything we had expected and as advertised. We spent most of our time on the pool deck and enjoyed a round robin ping pong tournament that lasted the entire week. Communication with the property owner was great and there were absolutely no surprises, except for the beach area across the street. Thankfully we were here in the off season but still very small and cramped along with the green algae this week (not a deal breaker at all). Thanks to our hosts for making this an awesome vacation for all 12 of us, would definitely book again.

Overall, the house was fine and at a nice location (more on the beach access later). Lots of space downstairs for all the kids and family meals. However, the loft area was not useable, which was a pretty big problem. The ac unit was fighting for its life up there and the heat was oppressive--too hot for the two tweens that were going to stay up there. Plus, the open spiral metal staircase was extremely steep and unsafe. Kids and older folks could not get up and down safely. Even as a very fit adult I almost slipped myself. The kitchen spaces could have been cleaner. The cleaners did not take down party decorations from the previous guests and they did not put toilet paper in the bathrooms. (The hosts quickly remedied the toilet paper issue.) Our bed was missing a top sheet. The entry rug was filthy (see pic) and the air vents were filthy as well, which a quick wipe after each guest could easily solve (see pic). One of our family members sliced their hand on a metal panel on the door (see pics). I knew based on other reviews that there was limited beach space, but it was worse than anticipated, perhaps emphasized by the empty stretches of beach several hundred yards long on both sides of the tiny space that we could use that was off limits

The home is close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We rented the golf cart that is an additional charge with the home and used it frequently. In the evenings, the backyard was a great place to relax and enjoy time with family. The only thing that I didn’t care for, which was minor, was all the light that comes into the master bedroom from the street lights and sunlight. It made it hard to rest at times. If you are traveling with multiple families, the pool house is definitely a plus. We would rent this home again.

Three generations (about to be 4) at Bahama Breeze, oldest being 80 and youngest being 22. Grandchildren from 22 - 27. (some with spouses). Great house inside and out. Practically lived in the backyard with pool, ping pong, hot tub, pool table and grill. Great activities for all with short walk to the beach where we rented chairs and umbrellas. We've been coming to the beach since OUR children didn't have children yet...for 30 years! This is the best house ever. Michael Harleman, owner, is totally responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend.

Overall it was a great place to stay. The beach access was very close and nice to use. The golf cart was fun to get around in. All stores and malls are very close and you can get there by golf carts.I got up early every day at 6:00 am and set up on the beach right at the waters edge right across the street. Perfect Destin water! The pool was clean and nice to use.There were a few small issues but I called Mike and we got everything worked out. It is near the end of scenic 98 so there was not a lot of traffic which was nice.Great place for all ages.

The location was fantastic and we really enjoyed everything the outdoor space offered. Would definitely recommend to others and stay at listing again.

Excellent!Had everything as listed, close to beach, restaurant, and shopping. Getting the golf cart and beach chairs is a must!

Great house. We had a excellent vacation in the outdoor area is perfect for large group of friends and teenagers. Only minor issue was the fridge had a bunch of broken drawers and did not cool the greatest wi.everything else was amazing

Our family and close friends returned to Destin to fulfill my husband's final wishes and spread some of his ashes. It was a difficult trip and I didn't want to book where we normally stayed. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Plenty of common space for many people, EXCELLENT back yard and outdoor kitchen, quiet area, very easy beach access, water view. We loved it and the gold cart was handy.

Overall, a decent place to stay. Would probably go back if we go to FL on fall beak again

My family enjoyed our weeks stay at this place. The heated pool was lovely and we enjoyed it each day after the beach. We used the grill and the guest house. My favorite room was the master on the second floor. The shower looks like it has been updated. Beach access close by and we rented a golf cart which we used a lot. Definitely a nice place to stay!!!

The property was great. The only thing lacking is lighting in the kitchen. With that being said I would definitely rebook this property. It had everything we needed and more.
