This was a well stocked and appointed home. The host was fantastic and very responsive. The inside of the home was very clean, the beds comfortable, the small touches throughout were perfect for the space. A couple of items to note:Our host was phenomenal. His customer service was spectacular and above and beyond what I had expected. The kitchen and bathrooms have several great products that are stocked throughout. The steam sauna is actually a steam shower in the master bedroom. It is of great quality, but not a sauna in a common space. There is not a hot tub, as listed on the description. There is, however, a 2-person jacuzzi tub in the main floor bathroom. There were coffee and great teas provided for our use. It was so appreciated! In addition, there was a delicious charcuterie board and bottle of wine greeting us upon arrival! It was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by our party! There is so much to do within walking distance. We enjoyed the lake, as well as restaurants and shops in the area. Parking was a breeze. There were two areas in the front, as well as two slots in the back for parking, which is difficult to secure in the area. The only reason that I did not give a full rating on the cleanliness of the property is due to the outside. There are several weeds that need to be sprayed, or pulled, on the back patio and curb. There has been a lot of rain in the area lately, so I understand it might be something that crept up on the property owners.

We had a tremendous time at this house, which was ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but only blocks from all sorts of nightlife. It was also no more than 20 minutes away from just about everywhere we wanted/needed to go (airport, Paisley Park, Minnehaha Falls) and about a 2-minute walk from Minneapolis' largest lake. Best of all was our host, Rupinder, who was responsive and went over-the-top on any request we had. A true highlight of the trip was our superb culinary experience with him, when we hired him to cook a delicious meal for our entire group, inside the home. Highly recommended.

House was perfect for a group of 7 friends. Everyone had their own room with bathrooms on every level. Can't beat the Uptown location! A couple blocks to the lake, grocery store and food options. Host was very responsive and has done a beautiful job with this property.

Great house for a weekend get together! Comfortably slept our group of 12 people with room for more. Great main level space for spending time together. Backyard and grill are nice. The logistics (communication, check in/out, etc) were all simple and easy. We had the host, Rupinder, prepare dinner for us one night which was a excellent and very fun culinary experience, would recommend.

Rupinder was a great host for our friends trip to Minneapolis. He was communicative, friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to all of Minneapolis and the lake. Easily accommodated 8 adults without having to share beds. Would recommend and will look at the house again if we are ever back in town.

Wow, this home is fabulous. We did a work event here with 7 team members and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own room. The host is an amazing Indian fusion chef and made us a delicious meal. The house was spotless and comfortable, and Rupinder went out of his way to make us feel spoiled (music, a welcome treat to greet us, And easy communication when we had questions). 10/10!

We spent a week in this amazing property with our family (including kids ages 1-7), our nanny and then friends who came and went with their teenage kids. It was a PERFECT place to spend an extended period with space for privacy (our nanny loved the top floor studio!) and also plenty of space to commune. It had everything we needed from high-chair to wine glasses to plenty of linens to kitchen stuff to cook. The house itself was GORGEOUS both in terms of its bones (beautiful hardwood, elegant staircases, built-ins, high quality and not at all loud HVAC) and also how it was decorated. And there was a porch swing! Where the kids loved to sit and read books and watch thunderstorms roll in. Rupinder was fabulous - above and beyond. When our grocery delivery came earlier than expected he was there to receive it and put it in the fridge (it was 90 degrees out!). He left a gorgeous and delicious welcome plate and answered my random questions via text quickly and even came over to help when I couldn't get the washer worker (doh! user error! he was so gracious with my silliness). We hope to make this an annual visit as we loved the house and neighborhood and Rupinder's attention to detail and having a top-notch experience. Next time we hope to take advantage of his chef skills!

This was a great place in an awesome neighborhood. The host was amazing. There was a bottle of wine, some cheeses, crackers, grapes and some cookies waiting for us when we checked in. The house is comfortable, clean, well restored. The steam shower was incredible. Outside of having some more/better cooking utensils and knives (which is a small thing), this place was great. To top it all off, on the morning of our departure we had some amazing pastries dropped off to us from the bakery a few blocks away. HIGHLY recommend this house!

Stayed here with extended family including toddlers and grandchildren. Home was very comfortable and well appointed. Highchair and pack and play with mattress were provided. Great communication with property manager! Really appreciated the extra touches. Best part was the steam shower in the master suite. Would stay here again.

The house was in a lovely established neighborhood only two blocks from Lake Bde Maka Ska. The location was ideal as it was in walking distance for our littles to the play area and beach on the lake. The house was large enough for our whole family to have their own spaces, with living areas and bedrooms so everyone could spread out. There were two dining areas adjacent to the kitchen so we all could have a seat at a table. The beds and pillows were comfortable, although the comforter in the main level bedroom was quite warm for summer. Rupinder was responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would enjoy coming back again.

Rupinder's house was beautiful, excellently maintained, and wonderfully located. We stayed here during our wedding, with a large group of friends, many of whom were meeting each other and seeing Minneapolis for the first time. The location was a perfect introduction to Minneapolis—guests went for walks to the lake, nearby cafés, Uptown restaurants, and the Bakken museum. The quiet, beautiful neighborhood showed the residential side of Minneapolis. After a dinner Downtown, it was an easy bus ride back home. It was clear Rupinder isn't simply maintaining the house, but continually enhancing it. We appreciated little touches, like the recent furniture, thoughtfully chosen artwork, extra towels, ample dishes, and gardening. Perhaps most importantly, having five bathrooms kept everyone on time.

Best possible location for a Minneapolis stay. The house is great with loads of room and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Nearby lakes with running trails a real plus.
