Luxury 6BR Villa with Ocean Views in Pedregal

This was an amazing property! Working with the owners/management was so easy and they were super responsive!

I stayed here with 8 of my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party in Cabo! The home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend to ensure we had an excellent time. We booked all transportation through the associated transportation company and it was smooth and seamless. The property manager ensured we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our trip, even provided a cleaning service in the middle of our stay. Nothing beats the view provided by Villa del Norte!

I would recommend this property to anyone that wants the best amenities with a great view! I also recommend getting the chef to prepare meals. The service was excellent and the guys were awesome!

Loved our stay in Pedregal! The photos do not do the views justice. It was the perfect set up for our group of 9 and the house manager was great with helping us set up different activities before the trip and was very communicative. Would absolutely recommend!

This place was so amazing! All of the girls kept commenting on how great the place was. We used the grocery stock up option and all food/drinks requested were at the place when we got there. Daniela was so communicative and amazing to work with. We will definitely be coming back.

Can’t say enough good things about our time here!! Me and 8 of my friends stayed here. The house was amazing!!! And Daniela connected not only with me but with my friends to help set up some of the bachelorette shenanigans! If you’re looking for a place to stay, just book this one! You will not be dissapointed. We also booked our boat and driver through Daniela as well - more wonderful experiences! Thank you so much for one of the best weekends ever!!!

House and location are amazing. The grocery service wasn't great - we gave them brands of specific things we wanted and they bought some items that were more than double the price... so we had to deal with returning some of it as the bill was absurdly high.... other than that the place and hosts were great! *also no honesty bar as the listing states

We stayed here for my bachelorette party with 10 girls and it was beyond perfect. Everyone was so shocked at how it was even more beautiful in person. We had one issue with a toilet that was more than promptly resolved thanks to their quick communication. The chef, the grocery delivery, everything was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again!!

Overall incredible stay! The house was nice with plenty of space; we spent most of our time enjoying the view to the ocean from the hot tub and pool, and the beds were all comfortable. There were just a few issues with tech and the sound system, lightbulbs out, fridge leaking, etc. We took advantage of the grocery pre-stocking service, and the security guards of the community were able to call a taxi for our group whenever we went out, which made our visit convenient and low-stress!

My friends and I loved the location of this property and the sliding doors that open from the living room to the pool are amazing. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but overall the property was nice. Here are some pros and cons: PROS: - Great location and the Pedregal community is gorgeous - felt very safe there. - Fully opened slider doors to the outside was amazing - The host was great leading up to our arrival and arranged for our requested groceries to be delivered (although do keep in mind that some things can be misinterpreted... we asked for breakfast sausages and they gave us a huge bag of hot dogs, half and half was the vanilla coffee mate, asked for bottled water so we could take with us but only was given big jugs with a dispenser, etc.) - Host also gave us a contact for a mobile masseuse and that was a lovely experience. Highly recommend! - Pool table was great (not standard size but still fun) - Pool and hot tub were heated which was awesome CONS: - Two of the bedrooms require you to walk outside and go down a long ramp in order to get to the bedrooms. I felt terrible for those who stayed down there as they said it was like being in the dungeon and having to walk a ton to be upstairs with the group - By day 2, the fridge was leaking water all over the place and our food did not stay cold. We told the housekeeper but it didn't get fixed (I should have messaged the host but just figured housekeeping was going to inform her). Thankfully, the garage had a fride and we just kept our items in there. - One of the main reasons I picked this house was for the cool copper bathtub...and it was not even functional (no water spout and you would have to drag it over to the shower if you wanted to fill it up). - Dartboard on the wall had no dartboard inside - Couldn't lock the sliding doors on the lower level - No cutting boards - Water in the showers rarely got warm - Surround sound speakers kept cutting in and out (not a connection issue but more like scratchy sounds and poor quality). Once it warmed up it seemed to do okay but was kind of a bummer. - Air conditioning unit in the lower level was leaking all over one of the twin beds (also told the housekeeper) but the bedding was drenched and one of the girls slept on the couch most of the time. - The pool was nice but no shallow end, which was hard because we wanted to play games in the pool Overall was a nice stay but considering the cost, there were some bumps in the road.
