Starter Supplies

To make your arrival smooth, we provide the following starter items:

• 1 dish sponge

• 2 dishwasher detergent pods

• 1 bottle of liquid dish soap

• 1 roll of paper towels

• 2 extra trash bags

• 1 small soap + shampoo/conditioner set per bathroom

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

• 1 laundry detergent pack

• 1 washcloth per guest (available upon request)

For your comfort, we recommend visiting a nearby supermarket to restock for longer stays.



House Rules

No Smoking Indoors — $2,500 fine plus costs for odor removal.

Pool Care: Keep the pool clean — $1,500 fine if violated.

️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored.

No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.

No Pets Allowed: $1,500 fine plus extra cleaning fees.

Late Check-out Fee: $150 (after 10:00 AM without prior approval).



Getting Around & Parking

• Community has a security gate; all drivers must be registered before check-in.

• Overflow parking is not permitted.

• Prohibited vehicles: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, commercial or construction vehicles.
