We had a wonderful relaxing experience. Beautiful home and it meet all our expectations. Location was perfect, not far from many of the places we went to. Clubhouse was a plus and so much fun. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Beautiful house, just as advertised. Extremely clean and everything ready for our arrival. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely book through IHM again.

We were placed somewhere we didnt book. I was told i was emailed. I never agreed to the switch. I was only offered 10% off our nightly rate. Still have not received it. Kind of a joke really. Otherwise it was ok.

My family and I made this home our little getaway for the weekend.. Everything was absolutely amazing. The communication with the property company was outstanding. They answered all my questions within hours. I would highly recommend this home for large groups as there is plenty of space in the beautiful home. The only downside is that there are other guests who don't care about other neighbor guests and were blasting loud music into the night. Seems like house parties with no consideration for other renters around them. That was the only downside.

I hate to do this but to be completely honest this has been the WORSE rental we have EVVVVER rented . First of all, we arrived at 11pm to Orlando from a long drive with kids onboard and when we got to the house the code given to us was not working , tried messaging the owner , and nothing. Safe to say we were locked out till 1am with kids sitting in the driveway and others sleeping g in the car. My husband went to check if any of the doors were open and thank god the back door was open so we made our way in. Not until 2pm the next day a maintenance guy came to check the door and he said “looks like batteries were worn out” Umm…. Shouldn’t that be checked every time there’s a new tenant? I mean that’s so unprofessional ! Second and probably the worse , if I ca. post pictures I would !!! The kitchen was FULLLLLLLL of ants ! FULL! Your mouth would drop if I posted the pictures . Then to go to bed and we still had ants crawling on the sheets !!!! It was a COMPLETE nightmare . The “playroom” had this wierd smelled to it , the kids described it has old quesadilla cheesy smell” I wish I was making this all up ! We also paid to have the heater turned on and we’ll yea we jumped into a freezing cold pool !!!! Maintenance guy came AGAIN and was like “looks like they never turned it on” how convenient I guess . I have sent an email to the housing company and I was promised a phone call from a manager in 48 hours . Well yea it’s been about 5 days and I’m still waiting! My daughters bday weekend at this rental was horrible . Safe to say I will NEVER stay here again! The only nice thing to say about this house is the clubhouse was nice and that’s about it !

We felt right at home as soon as we entered. Enjoyed going to clubhouse they had lots to do for everybody! Our only complaint would be having to had paid for pool heating and not being able to enjoy a hot jacuzzi or warm pool.

The booking and check-in process were great! There was lots of room for all of my family. The pool and hot tub were great. Got to spend some time at the club house/water park and the kids loved it. Would definitely stay again!

We selected this property based on the ability to travel with our pets and the ability to sleep 6, four of which were teens, while still staying in comfort. We are used to staying on property at Disney and thought the extra room would be welcome. Upon entering the back section of the gated plan the first thing we noticed was garbage everywhere-not just in bags but all over the place like bags had burst open. It later became clear that was due to the odd garbage policy that bags should daily be placed in these tiny garbage receptacle benches outside each door. Some renters did not follow this plus this policy was unrealistic upon checkout for cleaning out a frig or take out containers. Large birds picked apart any bags left out. No one picked up whatever was plucked from bags unless, like me, a renter did. Once we got inside we also realized the vacuum didn’t work and may not have for the cleaning crew, since there were hairballs, puzzle pieces, clothing tags and various strings on the carpets. To be fair we called maintenance and he came and cleared the hose but whatever got “sucked” in got spit out the back. Oddly, though this was a pet friendly rental, there was carpet almost everywhere. When we stepped outside to the pool we noted the pool area and pool were full of styrofoam beads and the “hot tub” was only hot if you paid for pool heat. Since it was late July the thought never crossed my mind to heat the pool. We could have added but did not. The pool itself turned green while we were there, too. The maintenance man did come treat that within 24 hours of reporting. Toss in the ants we found in various locations throughout the home and the dead cockroaches that randomly appeared (better than live I guess) and the all night house parties in the neighborhood, not to mention that the community pool/courts/gym service about 10,000 homes and I would say this place is not what I had pictured.

The community waterpark was the + and one of the main reasons I booked this place. We did a small staycation with family for 3 nights to celebrate my daughter's 1st Birthday. The waterpark was awesome!! The Home was large and spacious handsdown for our family of 12. Very nice decor wise, great pool area, outside BBQ and table with chairs were great. Had a fun little game room which we spent little time in but was cool to play a couple things. Check in was easy, parking no problems. Now a few things to note to give a fair review. First impression was not the best as when we walked in, there was a cocoroach on the wall by front door, spider web in corners of wall entry ceilings and alot of wall marks, skids, dirty, hole in wall and a few things that just fell off like someone just put it back. The towel holders in bathroom fell off and fell on daughters foot which had some weight but thankfully she was OK. The couches downstairs although look nice in pics, not comfortable at all. My sister in law laid on it and the side literally just came down. Looked at how that even happened, it's got hinges that look like a bad temporary job to hold up but definitely not safe or secure. She was ok as well. The garage fan doesn't really work, I had to put batteries in it and didn't really blow cool air to cool game room so we couldn't spend much time in there sadly. The neighborhood, oh man, people had music so loud ALL NIGHT until 6am!!!! I couldn't believe no one went by to shut them down. I didn't get to call anyone as I couldnt tell which houses the music was coming from and was middle of night. Lots of loud visitors who just don't have basic respect. I mean, at LEAST after 11pm lower down a bit. They had BLASTING MUSIC for entire neighborhood to hear. Was just a bit ridiculous. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi wasn't even heated. It said if you want POOL HEAT u have to pay, but I didn't because I didn't want a heated pool since it had a jacuzzi. I guess the jacuzzi is what u pay to be heated so it heat the pool? smh....wish the description was more clear. So didn't get to enjoy the jacuzzi at all. Overall, rooms, beds, sheets, bathrooms, space, basic essentials was all good. Just alot of opportunity to level up as we paid alot of $$ for just 3 nights. So I expected a bit more. Nothing perfect, but what draws you to the home, u expect it to work, be functional, safe and somethings weren't. I didn't want to spend my time complaining so stay was okay overall

Everything was beautiful we enjoyed the pool ,the hot tub ,the kitchen everything was nice and clean is real spacious and my family had a really good time I will write this property this house add a 100
