Luxury 6 Bedrm Beach Home With Private Pool And Direct Beach Access

Very nice house with enough space and separation for an extended family stay. Location was ideal -- close to beach and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

House was Gorgeous, spacious and very cozy! Very very close to beach access so made things easy for us to head back incase we forgot stuff. Will definitely be looking forward tk renting again!

Check in was very easy. Our only complaint was that the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. Otherwise we had a wonderful time. The house is very roomy and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. The patios on the upper floors were a wonderful place to watch the sun rise each morning.

Easy check in, nice balconies, grill, pool, outside shower (pull knob to turn on), beach access across the street, closet downstairs with pool/beach equipment (canopy, chairs, floats, etc), plenty of towels. Very nice property!

Kary was an amazing host, super communication, extremely accommodating, the house is amazing, the location is perfect, steps to the beach. We definitely be back to SPI, and will definitely stay here again!

This property is a great location. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the iconic Wanna Wanna! A few things to note- a new fridge is desperately needed. It was a juggling job to put in 3 days of food for 18. It would be nice to get a bigger fridge or a second one. The current fridge had a lot of missing side shelves and shelves in the freezer. In the main living area- hang the TV on the wall and get rid of TV armoire. The TV was not visible to everyone who want to watch it. We had to use IPads. Make you TV armoire into a liquor cabinet or bar if you don’t want to get rid of it. Also it would have been nice to have TV in all the bedrooms. In the front entry way- get rid of the furniture and make that a mud room to where there are hooks for towels and a place to put shoes. The grass could have been cut- lots of stickers! Ouch!Any issues we had- the owner was very quick to respond and took care of any issues right away that we came across.

Very clean, cute, and would 100% recommend. Right across the street from the beach and was very happy with our stay.

Communication when something was needed was incredible. As a family w grandchildren, there is a lot of cooking involved. Beautiful new outdoor grill, that was ready for use. Wonderful new microwave and oven. The stove top was a challenge, only 2 out of 4 operated properly. Lacking would be pyrex cooking platters, mixing bowls, and measuring utensils. Plenty of beach equipment.

This house was perfect for our large group of 15 (6 adults and 9 kids). It was a half block off the beach, very large and clean. The pool was a huge bonus. When the adults were done with the beach for the day, the pool kept the kids entertained. The house had everything we needed, including paper towels, toilet paper and trashbags--something not many places include. Kary was a fantastic host and answered and questions almost immediately. Highly recommend!!

House was much larger than we expected! The amenities were amazing especially the pool. Beach was basically across the street and let us move between the two quickly. I had a party size of 18 and was great for our group.

Great stay! Was perfect for a few days of relaxation to catch up with close friends.

The property was great and very large, beds were very comfortable. The area was very easy to get around. My only issue was the fridge it was very small and not very cold. Other than that I would definitely go back to this property.

This home was exactly as advertised. No surprises. We enjoyed location, views, pool, cleanness and big open spaces.

Property was as advertised. We were particularly pleased with being so close to beach access just across the street. The heated pool was great for our grandchildren (ages 4-12). We also enjoyed many activities in the area - nature center, sea turtle refuge, fishing, parks, lighthouse, etc. in addition to the beach and pool. Kary was extremely responsive to all questions and needs, including having a new oven/microwave installed mid-week. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place, stocked with books, movies, beach chairs and toys etc. Lots of patio space, to have quiet time. Pool was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked with needed items. Beach a short walk. You can see and listen to Beach from patio spaces. Any issues taken care of right away. The only down side for me was too many stairs. I would certainly stay here again!

We had a family reunion in the area with my siblings. My husband, Dad, my 4 kids and 8 grandchildren stayed at this location. I cannot say it was quite in the house but if was great to be all together. My 6 year old grandson said we should buy this house so all the cousins could lve together

Love that we had a view of the beach! Large house to accommodate five families for a mini reunion. Would stay there again for sure!

This home was absolutely amazing! Probably my favorite vacation rental of all time, we plan to come back and have already told a bunch of our friends and family about this property. Clean, perfect location to walk to the beach, well appointed with all of the creature comforts you could ever need on vacation! And the host, Kary, is amazing as well!!! Can’t wait to stay here again!

This property was great for the 17 of us. It had plenty of room and the balconies were great to have and hanging out by the pool was fun. Would definitely book again!

Super location….wonderful time!

This was our first experience in SPI. We thoroughly enjoyed it…except for tar balls on the beach. Blech! The cleaning people did not have it ready until about 3:45, but it was nice and clean. I was surprised that there were no bedrooms on the main floor. This may be my fault for not reading the description close enough. But my sister, who is 78, had a very hard time with the steps. The ice maker and water in the refrigerator door didn’t work. The 3rd floor gets pretty warm because the house is not using zoned cooling. But all in all, we had a great time!
