Luxury 5 Stars Home w/Princess & Mickey Themed Rooms, Game Room Private Pool/Spa

Just average clean. Themed rooms fun for the kids! Nice to have a private pool and the resort water park option as well.

Absolutely wonderful house! Beautifully appointed and immaculate. Every detail was in place to make us feel “at home”! Would stay again in a minute.

This house was spotless. We had all the necessities we needed. The children’s rooms were equipped with princess and hero dress up which made my granddaughter very happy. They loved the pool and the house was located close to every thing. I would definitely recommend. I would stay here again. The grounds are well kept. This is a gated community which was great.

House and Host were top notch. I've stayed in the Windsor Hill community 3 times in the last 2 years now and by far this home was the best. Very clean and comfortable . 5 stars all day.

The home was perfect for our family as a home base in Orlando. Magic Kingdom was 15 minutes away, the neighborhood pool and slides were fun, and our grandkids loved the backyard pool. The home is tastefully decorated with fun rooms for children and the pool table in the rec room was a hit. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

My family had an amazing stay at this property while we were celebrating my daughter's 3rd birthday at Disney. We stayed with my 1 and 3 year olds, my parents, and my over 90 year old grandma and the house was well suited for everyone.The home was clean, well stocked and just felt like home. The dress up outfits were a wonderful surprise.My 3 year old didn't even want to go back to Disney because she was having so much fun playing princess dress up. Thanks for making this home available to us!

Positives: The layout of the home of great. Kids bedrooms upstairs and all adult bedrooms downstairs. Location to Disney is fantastic. Many shops and restaurants within 10 minutes of the home. The pool at the actual house is fantastic. The green space behind the home is great for the kids to play outside but still be within view. The home was stocked with all of the essentials that we needed tor the week.Negatives: The only negative, and it’s a BIG one, is the fact that the AC is set to 75 degrees and will NOT go any lower. There are many signs around the home saying that you can lower the temp to 72 degrees, but it does not stay at 72. It always goes right back to 75 degrees even if you bump it down. The common areas were comfortable, and the kids bedrooms upstairs were freezing…but, the king bedrooms and the queen bedroom on the first floor were so hot at night that it made it almost impossible to sleep. There were fans in the closets that we found, so they did help, but it was still uncomfortable. We were there in late July, so the temps during the day were in the high 90s, so it was HOT. We were good about keeping all of the outside doors closed when they weren’t being used as all of the signs said to do, so I can’t attribute the heat to that. This is the only negative comment that I have, but again, not being able to sleep well at night made the trip tough on the adults.

the house was amazing great rental

This house was so much more than what we expected. Gorgeous, really close to the parks, impeccably maintained and perfect for our family needs! With a teenager and 2 kids everyone had their own space and there was more than enough for all of us to enjoy. Will most definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Neighborhood is quiet and the house is absolutely beautiful. We have three young children who all loved their bedrooms which was filled with toys and the pool was a great way to unwind after long days at Disney’s parks. Cynthia was lovely and easy to talk to. Her management team was absolutely wonderful and addressed any issues we had. Just one with the lanai’s lining which was hanging upon arrival. This was fixed immediately. We would definitely book this house again for future trips. Highly recommend to anyone searching for a rental!

Overall, the stay was great. The house was very clean and was stocked with extras such as beach towels, pool toys, and plenty of cookware. The princess room was a little girl's dream with dress up outfits galore and the boys room was stocked with toys and dress up as well. Every room had extra linens, which was nice if needed. The game room was a favorite and all games worked great. The pool was great and the community pool area was nice. The neighborhood was in a great location and we were no more then 20-30 minutes from Universal and Disney. The property manager was quick to respond as well. My only complaint would be the temperature in the house. The air is set at 75 and in the Florida heat it was just too warm. Stand up fans are provided, which did help, but not enough to be comfortable if you're naturally hot natured.

This property was the perfect place for our family’s Disney vacation. The location was perfect and the home allowed for everyone to have their own space. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was supplied and for anything else Walmart is less than 1 mile away. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience very clean

Extremely impressed with this amazing property which is in a prime location, with great facilities and decorated beautifully. Perfect for children and adults alike and not far from all the Disney parks. The host is was extremely helpful and responsive making our stay stress free.

A wonderful villa, lots of space, rooms sizes are great. The pool and hot tub are a great way to relax after busy days at the parks. Really well located. Would highly recommend

Everything was as described - the space was great, toddler girls loved the princess room, game room was fun, and overall amenities were great. Communication with Cynthia was quick and informative. We would highly recommend!

The house is simply amazing! It worked perfect for our family. Windsor Hills has undergone some changes for the better compared to the last few times we've been here. Check in was fast, under 5 minutes (it used to take 30 minutes minimum) and Guest Services were super friendly, which wasn't always the case before. So yeah!
