Luxury 5 BR 4.5 BA Villa - Large Pool Area and Spa, Not Overlooked, Games Room

The house was nice...a few things I would change/update but overall very comfortable and spacious. I’d rent this house again.

Host communicated effectively. House was spacious. Loved the large table. Nice for us all to gather in one spot. Outdoor space was wonderful too!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Villa. The pool and hot was excellent. We did not utilize the game room in the garage, but it looked like there was a lot of games to be played in there.

We had a few issues but they were taken care of right away! Nice place and enjoyed all the amenities. The host was wonderful and very accommodating. I would stay here again!

We are from the northeast so we try and break up our winters. We've rented plenty of houses over the last couple years. This house was exactly as described. There were a couple of minor issues as there is in every rental. The host responded quickly with the issues. Nothing that would ruin anyone's vacation. The neighborhood is gated which sometimes can be annoying. Nope not here super easy and friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for your stay is right down the street. I have no complaints, I liked the place!!

The villa is lovely and very spacious. There were five of us including my husband and I, and our three children (19, 18 & 14). The en-suites for each bedroom were fab and meant we all had our own space. The pool was fantastic and was used everyday, and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. The games room was great fun and served the kids well in between pool time and to wind down on an evening. The area has everything you need from supermarkets to fast food places with plenty of choice. The hosts communicated really well and explained everything we needed to know. We had an amazing two weeks holiday and managed to fit in three of the parks, two trips to the coast (we didn't mind travelling and went to both the gulf coast and the Atlantic side), a Halloween event, and a rodeo on the Saturday night. The villa was a welcome haven on our chill days amongst the business of the holiday. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this villa if you want to be in central Florida and around 50 minutes away from Orlando.

Quiet location. Heated pool was great. We enjoyed the game room as a family and the house had plenty of space!

This house was so clean and was in a very nice area. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The pool/patio are was my favorite place to hang out. The game room was a nice touch also. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area.

Pool and hot tub were awesome, made use of it every day. Laundry facility was great. Nice and spacious home. Beautiful sunsets!!

It's a little more worn than the picture allude to, but overall very clean and comfortable.The game room is not air conditioned (I should've known from the photos of it having a garage door), but we were able to enjoy it some at night.

The home was clean & comfy. The pool was perfect and the neighborhood was great. The owners were super responsive and friendly. Location was perfect. Pricing was great. We will be back!

My stay was great. I really appreciate the fact that the refrigerator went bad and John got a brand new one the next day... The house is a nice size and the pool was great. We enjoyed it very much.... i would definitely rent again. Highly recommend it family and friends...The price is so worth it..Thank you Steven R.

This house has a lovely pool which was our highlight for the stay. While I wouldn't call it luxury as the description says, it was comfortable like our home and had everything we needed. (To me, luxury is new and updated and has a personal service at my every beck and call.). Having a laundry room during our stay was also a wonderful plus. The house is close to Walmart and we easily ordered Door Dash as well. The house was centrally located as we drove all over central Florida. The kids also enjoyed the game room. We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didn’t find this to be unusual. Power was restored sooner than the estimation and we continued on with our vacation. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa everyday. We were sad to leave.

This was the second time we stayed at this house in Haines City. We had one of our daughters' family also stay for a week. The house is perfect for a larger family and the pool and spa is amazing...everyone loved it! The pool table and especially the Air Hockey was a BIG go to in the evenings. I loved being there -it is the perfect distance to the Gulf and also to Daytona Beach, which we did. We also need to thank John for allowing us to stay 2 extra days at the last minute when the storm hit north of Florida and we couldn't find a way to drive through it to get to Minnesota!!!

Was what we were looking for

Stayed for a week as we wanted to be centrally located to spring training ball games, Disney and the space coast to view a rocket launch. House more than met our needs with a pool, games room and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Only “issue” was the amount of traffic on the Florida highways. Build extra time into your travel during peak periods. Host was great with communication and gave us a very detailed explanation of all property amenities. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Five large bedrooms, heated pool and game room made it seem like home. The property is very comfortable and thenhost has done an amazing job wamamenities.

Everything looked like the pictures. Convenience to major highway but far enough away to be quiet. Walmart was literally around the corner for our grocery and beverage needs. We had the pool heated and even though the weather was cool it was used a lot. Hot tub was awesome! Games room was well used. We had a couple of things that needed attention and I was SO impressed with Becky!! She handled everything so quickly and pleasantly. Every service person that came by for pool and yard maintenance was friendly and not intrusive at all. We have already booked for next year. Thank you John. We really enjoyed your property,

The villa was a perfect size for our family to enjoy some fun in the sun during the Christmas holiday. Location was great, the older teenagers loved the short trip to Disney and the adults the easy access to shopping.

This location was absolutely amazing! The home both inside and out were clean and well maintained. There is an open field located behind the home that was large enough for our children to play. Neighbors were very friendly and I will definitely be returning.

Clean and enjoyable place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. House was spacious and clean, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our group. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, heating temperatures were perfect. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a really nice day in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and easy accessible from the highway pool and the outside areas were perfect We can highly recommend to rent this house for a long or short term stay

We were a party of 7 adults who thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location within a gated community and the fact that it was not overlooked at all meant that everyone enjoyed using the pool in privacy. All of the rooms were a great size and very comfortable. One of the added advantages was the vast choice of food delivery options available to us. After a hard days theme parking, nobody really felt like cooking! 2 of our party were keen fishermen and the fishing in tower lake didn’t disappoint. I would definitely recommend this property to both adult only parties and also parties with children as the well equipped games room caters for all.

Location was perfect for us, not overlooked, quiet at night. We were out most of the days, pool perfect when we got back. John very responsive & easy to deal with. No real negatives other than floors a little grubby on arrival but we soon sorted that. Totally recommend this place if you have kids, games room is great and pool perfect. Top tip we paid extra for jacuzzi and pool heating it really worked for us
