Six adult beach cruiser bicycles are included with your stay, giving you one of the best ways to experience Sea Pines.

Miles of shaded leisure trails wind beneath live oaks and palms and connect you to some of the resort's favorite destinations. Bike to Lawton Stables, explore the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, ride to Harbour Town for shopping, dining and the iconic lighthouse, or head toward South Beach Marina for an afternoon by the water.

And when you don't feel like going anywhere at all, you don't have to.

The pool, spa, backyard and beach are right outside your door.

PLEASE NOTE: Sea Pines Plantation is a gated community and charges gate fees to enter. Weekly rental guests will have to purchase a gate pass (good for the entire week) for $20/pass. Let the gate attendant know you are a rental guest when purchasing pass(es).

NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking or vaping may result in a smoke remediation charge of up to $1,000 or the actual cost of professional remediation and damages, whichever is applicable.

Pool and spa heat are available during cooler months when outdoor temperatures are 50°F or above. Pool + spa heat is $75/day with a 3-day minimum. Spa-only heat is $50/day. Pool temperature is set to approximately 84°F. Spa can be heated to 102°F. Because our system is an electric heat pump, performance depends on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Please request heat at least 48 hours before arrival.

Quiet hours in Sea Pines are strictly observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in accordance with the Town of Hilton Head Island Noise Ordinance, requiring residents and guests to keep noise from people, pets, and entertainment systems to a minimum.

This focus on safety and community courtesy extends directly to the neighborhood's extensive network of leisure trails, where bicyclists must always yield the right-of-way to pedestrians. To maintain a safe flow of traffic, cyclists are required to ride single-file on the right side of the trail and verbally announce Passing on left or sound an audible warning device before overtaking anyone from behind. Additionally, passing must always be executed on the left side, ensuring that both riders and walkers stay predictable and safe on the paths.
