Luxury 4BR Family Home w/ King Suite + Game Room

Beautiful house, quiet location, perfect for our trip! We had 4 adults and 5 kids, house was exactly what we needed, with room to spread out!

Very clean home. Had everything we needed. Game room with TV was far enough from the bedrooms that it didn't bug those trying to sleep. Was a great hub for us during all the wedding events of the weekend.

House was adequately stock, however a few point needed to be addressed. I would not say this is a luxury house by any means other than the air conditioning. That was top notch. Also all the beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The couches in the living were more suited to college dorm rooms, very basic and not comfortable. Almost every chair in the kitchen felt ready to dump whomever gambled to sit in them. There were serious stains on the floors in the two smaller bedrooms. The bedding had stains. The bathroom towels smelled so bad I couldn’t use them. The tv was not hooked up to Netflix. We chose the house because we had 5 in our party. So come to discover there are only three bedrooms when it clearly states 4 and a game room was disappointing since someone had to sleep on the floor. Wished the listing was more honest so that I could have accommodated my family better. And how is it that the blinds are somehow broken in every room. Would not stay again.

This was honestly the best stay we’ve had where the house was immaculate, lovely, well-organized, spacious, & comfortable. It was so beautiful yet at the same time so cozy & homey.We enjoyed the Keurig machine with so many choices of coffees. The kitchen was well-stocked & organized. Everything was clean & tidy.My adult sons loved the game room & spent time playing foosball each evening. The house was very big & the master bedroom’s bathroom even had 2 sinks which made getting ready in the morning very convenient!The master bedroom’s bathroom shower was so comfortable with good water pressure. Lots of towels. I didn’t go into the other bathroom which my sons shared but there were no issues. The backyard was huge & our dogs had a great time sunbathing & running around on the lovely green grass which was neat & nicely mowed. There is a big table & chairs and bbq (didn't get a chance to use). Felt very private with a tall fence.The beds were very clean & comfortable.The living room was well-equipped with a big tv & with lovely decor. Loved the dog statue and the flowers (not real of course).There is a big laundry room with washer & dryer, sink, & a long counter to fold clothes on.There is a garage which was very spacious. I think that covers all the rooms! A very wonderful stay & we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Also, the home is in a quiet & pleasant neighborhood. Felt very safe & the neighbors seemed nice although we didn’t interact.

It started with great communication. A quick answer to a question I had. The location was perfect for walking to Chico State about a mile. Just far enough that you are in a quiet family neighborhood. House had a nice layout. Nice backyard. We barbequed two nights and charcoal grill was serviceable. Foosball table was cool too. Highly recommended! Jim B

Anthony & Ava’s house provided our family with a great location and comfortable place to gather for my brother’s wedding in Chico. It was nice that the master bedroom had a dedicated bathroom for my elderly parents (in their 80s) so they didn’t have to stumble around looking for a bathroom at night, and gave them a dedicated place to get ready for the wedding. 5 other family members fit into the two other bedrooms, with nephew on the fold out couch in the game room, so worked great for our group of 7. The internet worked great for those who had to work or study. Two minor things: the door of the dishwasher falls open if not pushed carefully closed, and surprised a few people ;). And the electrical outlets in the master bathroom did not seem to work near the mirrors. Anthony and Ava were most responsive to our questions and check-in and check-out were seamless! Would definitely stay here again!

Used the house as our meeting place for our group of retired firefighters on a local trip. The house met all our needs and more. We all very very happy with the location, house, comfort, etc. won’t hesitate to book again. Thankyou

We loved the location of this property. It was clean, has a great sized backyard and is pretty spacious. We had 4 couples staying for the weekend and the listing made it seem that there would be available sleeping spaces in the 4 bedrooms. The 2 pull-out couches were very small and unable to fit 2 people. This home may be better suited for for 3 couples and kids that don't need a lot of space to sleep.

Our family of 5 adults and 1 dog stayed 2 nights for a family event in Chico. This worked out much better than a hotel. The backyard is huge and we wished we had more time to enjoy it. All the bedrooms are spacious. Anthony and Ava were quick to respond to questions. Check in and out process was super easy.

Good location, very clean, the garage was nice to have when you have a car full of her Dorm room stuff!
