What didn’t stand out. The house was beautiful and very thoughtfully filled with every amenity. The outside was just as beautiful. From the landscaping to the awesome pool. We will definitely check it off our bucket list!

We stayed in this property for 18 days and it was perfect in every way! We have rented many Arizona homes and this ranks right at the top of our list. The home was in a wonderful quiet location, very spacious, great walking areas, well stocked with everything you could need and Kim was the perfect host. We did not want to leave and we can't wait to return to this home in the near future.

Casa Palmilla was everything we expected! The house was perfect: spacious for our family, private, clean, comfortable and very inviting pool area! The house was equipped with all needs to walk in and live easily, which is what we needed for two months. Desert Ridge shopping was only two miles away which was filled with grocery, gas, shipping and entertainment. The owners were easy to reach and hospitable. We highly recommend this house. It was also easy access to freeways!

We stayed here for the closeness to the Mayo Hospital where my wife had a kidney transplant. The house was clean and in good order when we arrived. I cannot say enough about how good the communication was with Kim the host. She responded in a timely manner on the few minor items that needed addressing. One of them was a light bulb in the laundry room that we could not reach. Kim was very prompt and got it replaced with in a day. Many nice things to do with children near by like Top Golf and Slick City. It is amazing how fast you can get to places on the 101 which is with in two miles of this location. Very convenient location to shops, grocery, restaurants and pharmacies.Extremely nice and quiet neighborhood with multiple small parks including one directly next to the house. We were very happy with the time we spent here for my wife’s recovery a true home away from home.

Just as advertised! Great communication with hosts, beautiful neighborhood and property, well-appointed. Everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We hope to be back soon! Thanks for everything!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Everything works perfectly, everything is clean, well appointed and well thought out for guests. We love staying in this home and it really feels like home- highly recommended staying here. Quiet beautiful neighborhood, close to everything.

This home is perfect for a family or multiple families. It was clean, and in a great neighborhood. Everything we needed was close by and easy to access. The homeowner was quick to answer any questions we had. We will meet at definitely be back to this property in the future.

Wonderful home, space, pool and location! Exceeded our expectations by far!! Within an hour of being there, we all decided we would definitely stay here again! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, close to stores and shopping and near family in the area. It checked all the boxes. We enjoyed the pool and we never lacked for anything else during our stay! Excellent communication with the Host, which was so nice! Just wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay and would rent again if in the area. For the property I would recommend going there first before the grocery store. It is fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, cooking essentials (olive oil, cooking spray), aluminum foil, plastic wrap, bath and body works hand soap for each bathroom etc. Plenty of bath and pool towels as well. The house itself is very comfortable with a split floor plan, master suite on one side and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the other (1/2 bath inbetween both living rooms) and two HVAC’s. There were 5 of us but it would definitely fit more with no problem. Furniture, appliances and finishes all high end. Backyard is beautiful with desert landscaping and trees and of course the pool. Location is spot on. Very close to Desert Ridge shopping center, which has Target and many restaurants. I would highly recommend the Breakfast Kitchen Bar for breakfast, brunch, lunch at Desert Ridge. Since the property is located on the north side of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sedona are easier to get to. Neighborhood is safe, quiet, clean with high end homes and walking trails. A few more restaurants I’d recommend: The Mexicano, The Arrogant Butcher, The Sicilian Butcher, Maria’s (for fry bread). The hosts, Kim and Stan are amazing. Quick responses via text message or by phone. We didn’t really need much but I’m sure if we did they would be on top of it. Thanks to both of you!!
