Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King bed located on Main level, 60 Smart ROKU TV, dresser, elliptical, master bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom 2: King bed located on second floor, 55 Smart ROKU TV, dresser, master bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom 3: Two Full size beds located on second floor, 45 Smart ROKU TV, attached to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4: Two Full size beds located on second floor, 40” Smart ROKU TV, attached to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 3.

**Bathrooms come with fresh bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. Also travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes to start your stay.

Located just 3 rows from the closest North Myrtle Beach access, it offers a prime location for your beach retreat. Whether you prefer a quick drive or a minute golf cart ride, the soft sands and sparkling waters are just moments away. You’ll also find some of the area’s best restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes from your door. Golf carts will be available to rent from Beach Treats and More (0.1 miles) across the street on the corner!

Our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is perfect for family gatherings or a group getaway, accommodating up to 12 guests. The living room has a 65” Smart ROKU TV with all TVs having access to your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Paramount Plus, and Peacock. It is designed to offer comfort, convenience, and fun, with thoughtful amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The home has a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook up your favorite family recipes. With ample seating for everyone, there’s plenty of space to share meals and create lasting memories. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen dining table (seats 6) and the kitchen island (seats 3).

Guest access
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home! The day of check-in, the host will message you with all details, including the door code.

Other things to note
**If you need a baby gate, please let us know and we will make sure to have one at the top of the stairs and at the bottom of the stairs to keep your little ones safe!

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.


NO pets allowed: As much as we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets at our home. Pets - To make sure everyone, including those with allergies, can enjoy the house, we kindly request that you leave your beloved pets at home, even though we adore them dearly

NO smoking: This includes the outdoor area as well - we are a family-friendly home & we would like to maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes/other smoking evidence, especially for the little ones who come to visit after you! We do have a noise/smoke detector within the home that will notify us if any smoke is detected and you will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.

Minimum age to book is 25

Exterior Security Cameras: We have a Eufy security camera at the top of the stairs located by the front door and two Eufy security cameras overlooking over the shed and outdoor furniture. These are put into place for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning/maintenance crews.
