This brand new luxury townhome has been expertly decorated with every amenity in mind. The expansive open kitchen is perfectly appointed with every piece of high-quality kitchenware you need to prepare and enjoy a gourmet meal overlooking the Gulf from your dining room. There is an excellent local seafood market and two groceries stores within a five minute drive, making this location a chef’s dream. This home also includes an outdoor grill that can be used with either gas or charcoal, situated in a beautiful sitting area with an ocean view on the horizon and the ideal location to take in the many spectacular sunsets. Alternatively, take the night off from cooking and enjoy one of many outstanding restaurants in the local area.

The master bedroom features a king bed and attached master bath with dual sinks and large walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms feature a queen and two twin beds respectively. All bedrooms are appointed with ceiling fans and Beautyrest PressureSmart mattresses for a comfortable and restorative night’s sleep. The living room sleeper sofa converts to a queen bed with memory foam mattress, allowing this unit to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. A pack and play, booster seat and variety of toys are available for child use. Beach chairs and an umbrella are also included.

Each of 3 tv’s are equipped with Roku players with access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max and a variety of other services. A washer and dryer are included upstairs. Our unit receives a very detailed top to bottom deep cleaning between guests, and is frequented by the owners to ensure it remains in the same excellent condition reflected in our photos.
