The home itself features a great room, newly furnished with comfortable and stylish leather sofas and an entertainment center equipped with a large flat screen Hi Def television, DVD player and over 50 cable channels. There is also an alternate living area, within the great room, with a pull out sofa and an oversized chair, providing a great view of the pool and the lake. The dining area has a casual pub style bar table with 8 tall chairs along with breakfast bar & 4 additional stools. The open concept floor plan features an expansive bank of sliding doors giving access to the pool area and great views beyond.
The Master Bedroom is beautifully appointed with a king size bed and coordinated furniture, a flat screen TV and access to the pool area through a private entrance. The pool area has a huge covered lanai equipped with a casual seating area as well as a comfortable dining area. The pool is 28ft. long and has a waterfall feature spilling into pool. Pool heating charge is additional $120+tax per week.
