This property receives regular professional pest control, but as we are in a Southern and somewhat rural area, occasional sightings of bugs, ants, or other critters may happen — especially during seasonal months. It’s a normal part of the local ecosystem and not a sign of cleanliness issues. Thank you for your understanding!



Animal Policy:

Service animals must be disclosed prior to check-in

No other animals are allowed without prior approval (fees may apply)

    I was never contacted and confirmed about my stay. It took me four tries to get someone from VRBO on the phone to figure out the owner had never replied. My trips app showed that I was booked for the property. Poor communication!!!Our stay at this location never happened! We had to go find a hotel for our stay in Lake Charles, LA

    Perfect home for visiting Lake Charles, La. Easy checkin and checkout. Home was very clean and accommodating. Only concern was a power washing crew came early Saturday at the front door. Very noisy for a Saturday morning, when most people are attempting to sleep in.

    Clean little townhouse with all the little imenities needed. The only thing we had an issue with is how hard both beds were. We had a hard time sleeping and wokeup sore each day.

    We stayed at this property to be in close proximity to the casinos and it was great! Roughly 10 minutes from the casinos and the property was clean and quiet. Would definitely reccomend staying here!
