All security devices, including outdoor Blink and doorbell cameras, must remain plugged in and fully operational at all times. A $200 fine per violation will be charged for tampering with, unplugging, covering, or disabling any security device.



Gatherings & Events:

Gatherings or events are not permitted without prior approval.

If you are planning a gathering, please contact us in advance so we can assess and apply the appropriate event/gathering fee.

Unauthorized gatherings or exceeding the approved occupancy may result in additional charges.

This property receives regular professional pest control, but as we are in a Southern and somewhat rural area, occasional sightings of bugs, ants, or other critters may happen — especially during seasonal months. It’s a normal part of the local ecosystem and not a sign of cleanliness issues. Thank you for your understanding!



Animal Policy:

Service animals must be disclosed prior to check-in

No other animals are allowed without prior approval (fees may apply)

A $200 charge per unauthorized animal will be applied — with or without prior approval

    My family and I stayed in unit #3, Oct 4-6, 2024. It is a cozy and quiet place to stay. There is plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the quietness of South LC, but it was still close to enjoy the beautiful city. Highly recommend and will stay again if we're in the area.

    We were here for the state fishing tournament being held at the River Bluff Park in Moss Bluff. The travel was 15-20 minutes, which was perfect. The house was in a quiet and quaint area, but also provided quick access to eating and shopping, as well. It was the perfect space!
