We had trouble with the TV in the main bedroom, the coffee maker and the couch is torn. Otherwise, a comfortable, clean home. Looking forward to our next stay.

I was extremely pleased with this rental. My wife and I loved the kitchen and all of the amenities provided by the hosts. The bedrooms were very cozy and the beds were very comfortable.There were local eateries within a short walking distance as well.I highly recommend this rental located in the Ballard neighborhood.

The patio is a perfect place for meditating in the morning with a calming fountain and beautiful garden. I didn't use the fire pit but can imagine a nice relaxing evening around the pit. Very comfortable and felt right at home. The hosts were fantastic, providing plenty of insights into the area and made me feel very welcome. Will definitely stay here again if it is available.

We had a great experience at this home. The home-owners were GREAT, providing excellent recommendations for local places to eat, things to see and do, and how to get around. It was located in a safe and walkable neighborhood with several great places to eat within walking distance. The property had everything we needed and was so neat and well-labeled. They really have thought of everything. Downtown Seattle was a quick 15-20 minute Uber ride to all the major locations. Would highly recommend!

We were in Phinney Ridge to visit with my son and his family, who live very close to this house. Everything about the house was wonderful. My grandchildren came over to visit and now they want a projection TV in their rooms!

I had a fabulous stay here a few weeks ago when I was in town to check out a concert. The location is close to all of my favorite spots in Ballard. Ample street parking was available which is always a plus. I enjoyed having coffee in the balcony every morning. The bed was comfortable and the space was very clean. I enjoyed the sound system and projector. All in all a great stay. Highly recommended!

Great location, garage makes easy parking, and a great house!

Great place, perfect location. We like to cook and there were good spices, and just enough pots and pans. We appreciated having a garage as parking can sometimes be tricky…but don’t bring a huge vehicle as it’s a tight fit for anything bigger than a sedan. We would definitely rent it again!

Lots to do in the neighborhood. Having Alexa was nice. Everything is labeled well so you don’t have to guess where anything is.

The property was clean, well equipped, up-to-date, and a perfect location for our stay -- not too far from anywhere we wanted to go, easy walking distance from multiple coffee shops. We enjoyed the projector setup once we were home for the night, as well as the modular sofa!

Great place to stay and everything was excellent.

The property is well cared for, there were only two small issues, so I did not give it five stars. The bathmats in the bathrooms were dirty and the bathtub doesn’t drain well after a five minute shower you’re standing in 5 inches of water.

My family had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The location was quiet, and walking distance to a pub and park for the kids. Thanks for a great stay

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights while moving our daughter back to UW. The home is in a great spot with easy access (15 min from UW), plenty of parking on local streets, safe neighborhood, close to Phinney Ridge shops and restaurants, and the Barking Dog Alehouse (great food and drinks) is just a few steps away. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is very comfortable (awesome HUGE King bed!), and the technology in the home is applied very well making it easy to understand and control for anyone. Very nice home, the hosts are wonderful and responsive, and we would love to return on our next visit to the area.

We recently spent 3 days at this location. The home was clean and well maintained! It took us a little bit to get used to all the Smart devices, but Amir’s directions were clear and helpful. We were “talking to the house” in no time!! Thanks for all the suggestions for restaurants- we tried a few new to us! The people at The Barking Dog were great - we had lunch and picked up our FREE growler-full. I would heartily recommend this location!

The place was very much as advertised — clean, convenient, etc. We were in Seattle to visit family so we did very little at the property. My only complaint was about the VRBO check-in which was not the property owners’ fault. Every time I would try to get information and VRBO would ask me to check in I had to put in my email and a password — then they would say put in a 6 digit code, but they would send me a 5 digit code. It took me a long time to get through to the owners (not their fault). We have never had this problem with VRBO before. All positive rating for the property itself.
